There have been various twists and turns in Britney's conservatorship story - and now her former manager is denying any involvement in it.
Lou Taylor has denied allegations that they bugged her bedroom and controlled her medications, while she was under the conservatorship.
The statement, which People magazine obtained, also denied controlling how Britney used her electronic communications, including her mobile phone.
Britney Spears had been under a long-running conservatorship, put in place by her father, since 2007— which restricted her medical and financial freedom.

Lou Taylor, who owns Tri Star, an entertainment management company, worked with the singer, alongside her former personal assistant Robin Greenhill for 11 years.
However, Tri Star has blocked a request, from the stars legal team, to assess their accounts, while they managed the star. The allegations against how they invaded the star's privacy have also been denied.
The statement from Tri Star said, "No one at Tri Star has ever had any control over Ms. Spears' medical treatment."
"No one at Tri Star has ever suggested monitoring Ms. Spears' electronic communications. No one at Tri Star has ever had authority to approve security protocols."
It carried on to say, "No one at Tri Star is aware of any hidden electronic surveillance device placed in Ms. Spears' bedroom. No one at Tri Star has ever received any compensation related to Ms. Spears or her Estate that is not accurately reflected in the accountings filed or to be filed in this case."

The pop icon’s private world has come under intense scrutiny over the last eighteen months, with mounting details of her bitter legal battle with her father making headlines on a daily rotation. The ongoing dispute, now 13 years old, has been widely covered by both the media and the public—prompting several investigative documentaries and even a worldwide social movement to ‘Free Britney’.
Britney’s father stepped down as conservator in September, in a colossal win for the superstar’s pursuit of freedom.
However, just last week - Britney added fuel to the fire by claiming that it was her mother, Lynne Spears, who came up with the idea for the guardianship.
In a since-deleted Instagram post, the 39-year-old superstar accused her mom, when she wrote: "Psssss my dad may have started the conservatorship 13 years ago ... but what people don't know is that my mom is the one who gave him the idea !!!! I will never get those years back ... she secretly ruined my life," she wrote."
