Autumn leaves have begun to fall and we’re already in search of stylish items of fashionwear to keep us looking chic and feeling cosy as the nights draw in.
And where better to start our shopping spree than on the high street? One of Marks and Spencer's new autumn wardrobe staples has caught our eye this week and it’s already proving a huge hit on the brand’s official Instagram account.
A post featuring an image of leading stylist and shopping guru Monikh Dale wearing Marks and Spencer’s Block Heel Knee Boots clocked up more than 4,000 likes and scores of comments.
One person wrote, ‘Outfit goals’
While another added, ‘These boots are amazing, really good value for money, I also have them in black, so comfy and a little elastic on the zip for nicer comfort.’
A third continued, ‘Love this look’
Available in chocolate (pictured), black and grey mix (a snakeskin pattern) the wear-with-everything boots are priced at just £49.50, and with M&S offering free delivery on purchases over £30 you won’t even need to leave the comfort of your home to snap them up.
The boots come in sizes 3-8, with some half sizes also available (3½, 4½, 5½, 6½,7½).
M&S describes them in the following way, ‘Versatile and refined, these boots are perfect for pulling together a sharp outfit any day of the week. Knee high with a comfortable chunky block heel. A stretchy zip helps you get them on and off easily. Our Insolia® technology supports the ball of your foot.’
We say these boots would look equally as great over a pair of skinny jeans or leggings for a casual day-time look or paired with an A-line dress, classic LBD or similar for a relaxed evening look.
And the semi-low heel means that we can hopefully transition from day-to-night without having to endure achy feet.
Will you be adding M&S Block Heel Knee Boots’ to your autumn must-have list? And which of the three colours would most suit your existing wardrobe?
