There are plenty of popular beauty products out there, but not many have reached the cult status of Estée Lauder's Double Wear foundation.

The smooth, liquid forumla has been flying off shelves for years now, with shoppers continually praising it as one of the best foundations because of its inimitable staying power and ability to cover even the most stubborn of blemishes.

It's also come in 54 shades, meaning it can work for almost any skin tone, and is available for the rather reasonable price of £33.50.

So it's no surprise that it's officially the number one foundation in the UK right now, according to a recent beauty report.

And it means that beauty lovers are likely going to be delighed to hear that the cult foundation will soon be launching in a brand new powder version, for easier application than ever before.

Estée Lauder will soon be unveiling a new, Stay-In-Place Matte Powder Foundation SPF10, which has been created to provide 'sweat', 'water', and 'humidity-resistant' coverage - sounds pretty good to us!

The new powder can be applied with the sponge applicator it comes with - so no need for one of the best foundation brushes - and can be worn wet or dry - or simply as a finishing powder to set off your overall make-up look.

It'll be available in 43 shades, and comes in a neat little compact - perfect for slotting into your handbag before a busy day.

The powder is slightly more expensive than its liquid counterpart, as it'll be available for £36. But for an easy-to-use (and easy to carry) version of the popular product, we reckon it's well worth the money.

Estée Lauder's new Double Wear product is available at stores nationwide, and, of course, online. We reckon this will be a very popular launch and one of the best power foundations to launch in recent years.
