Aldi

Aldi have done it again!

If you've loved Aldi's super popular candles in the past, you'll be delighted to know that they've launched some new scented candles and reed diffusers.

The budget supermarket will be selling these from the 29th August as part of their Luxury Collection range, with shoppers able to pick up a 300g candle or 100ml diffuser for £3.99 each.

The candles and diffusers come in two scents. One is Aldi’s Oud Bergamot which has a “crisp and fresh scent of oud wood, cedarwood, bergamot and praline”. Sounds lovely.

Or if you like sweeter scents, Aldi’s Honey and Nectarine lets you “enjoy scents of nectarine, peach, blackcurrant, honey and a fresh floral mix”.

To give them a more premium feel, they come in iridescent packaging with Oud Bergamot coming in silver and grey, and Honey and Nectarine coming in yellow and gold.

According to Aldi, they’re ideal for adding a “touch of sleekness” or a “cozy yet classy feel”. We’re definitely happy with that!

Both the candles and diffusers have “long-lasting” scents, although it’s not clear how long they actually do last for.

If you’d like to treat yourself or someone else to them, they’re only available while stocks last as they’re part of the supermarket’s Specialbuys section, where everything is limited. When they’re gone, they’re gone so get there fast to avoid disappointment.

If you’d prefer to splurge on your candles, Jo Malone recently launched their special charity candle, where they make a donation equal 75% of the RRP to support individuals affected by mental health problems. So not only do you get a great candle, you're supporting a worthwhile cause too.

So whatever delightful scents you want your home to smell like, there’s plenty of options out there! Will you be trying out Aldi's latest additions?
