Princess Charlotte and Louis's messy morning habit that keeps two family members on high alert
The Princess of Wales made an interesting confession during her recent visit to Pulborough and it made me wonder if she was hinting
Life at Forest Lodge will be a little different now Prince George has started at Eton, but mornings in the Wales household are probably still incredibly busy for the Prince and Princess of Wales. There's still eleven-year-old Charlotte and eight-year-old Louis who have to eat breakfast and get to school on time and it seems they might not always be the tidiest when they're getting ready.
During a recent visit to Pulborough, the Princess of Wales came face-to-face with an adorable cocker spaniel, prompting a revelation about the Wales's pets, Orla and Otto. As per Hello!, Kate reportedly asked the dog's owner, "Is he cheeky? Does he steal your food?"
"Whenever there is cereal on the floor, our doggies always eat the cereal!" she then admitted.

Delving into the very different lives of two Princess of Wales, this in-depth book delves into the way the two women have shaped this royal position. Ingrid once interviewed Princess Diana and she shares what kind of personality from outside the family ends up on the inside.
Somehow, I can't imagine it's Prince William and Kate who are dropping cereal on the floor and since George isn't now living at home, Charlotte and Louis seem like the most likely suspects. Thankfully, their mum didn't sound overly concerned about a little bit of mess - and Orla and Otto are always on the alert and first in line to clear up.
Eating some dropped pieces of cereal is one thing, though the spaniels' talent for nibbling doesn't go down too well when it comes to shoes. Earlier this year William also met a fellow dog owner and ended up explaining, "Ours chew slippers. Anything left on the floor is gone".
Food, footwear: it sounds like their dogs always want to investigate anything on ground level and since welcoming one-year-old Otto the family have adjusted their morning routine.
Instead of going to make a drink or having a shower, the "first thing" they do now is check if he's gone out. Kate apparently revealed this at a Buckingham Palace Garden Party in May, shortly after she and William finally confirmed their newest pet's name.

He got his own dedicated Instagram post in honour of his birthday and Otto and Orla have both featured in George, Charlotte and Louis' birthday posts this year too.
It's clear how much they're a part of the family, even if they do exhibit some "cheeky" behaviour from time to time. Anyway, even if it is Charlotte and Louis dropping cereal, we also know that the dogs aren't getting this everyday as the seven-year-old has another favourite breakfast.
Jam sandwiches go down a storm in the Wales family and often get eaten en route to Lambrook school rather than at Forest Lodge. The Prince of Wales said as much when he was asked on Heart Breakfast in May about whether the school run is chaotic, responding, "There's a lot of jam sandwiches taken in the car usually."
"Louis will leave jam fingerprints throughout the car, which is really helpful," the dad-of-three continued.
The eight-year-old has inherited his late great-grandmother's love of jam sandwiches, as it's said Queen Elizabeth used to have them for tea everyday. Her snacks were round, crustless, filled with strawberry jam and the size of an old English penny, which is why they were called jam pennies.
