The Duchess of Cambridge always wows when it comes to her wardrobe. And she’s done it again with a chic work wear look.
- Kate Middleton, Duchess of Cambridge stepped out for an engagement alongside husband Prince William earlier this week.
- And the Duchess, like usual, rocked her signature flawless style – making us all want to rush straight to the shops.
- In other royal news, the Duchess of Sussex shared a rare pre-royal throwback photo for a special reason.
Kate Middleton, Duchess of Cambridge stepped out earlier this week for a joint engagement with husband Prince William.
The royal pair visited the Troubadour White City Theatre in London to attend mental health hotline Shout’s Crisis Volunteer celebration event.
While they were at the event, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge met some of the volunteers for the service, alongside mental health campaigners and supporters.
And as always the Duchess looked elegant and on-trend in her gorgeous outfit.
To attend yesterday’s event, the royal went for work-wear chic, pairing slim maroon trousers with a tucked in plain white T-shirt, a simple black belt and black court shoes.
But the piece that stole the show was the Duchess’s black and white checked blazer.
The fitted Prince of Wales check print blazer from upmarket brand Smythe was a sleek way to finish off the mum-of-three’s autumnal outfit.
While the blazer is no longer on sale, similar blazers on the brand’s website come in at around $700 (approx. £550), so we’ve found a couple chic alternatives to get your hands on instead.
We found this New Look Light Grey Prince of Wales Check Blazer, which is just over £30, so you're saving hundreds of pounds compared to the Duchess's choice!
We also love this ASOS version that adds a touch of yellow for a bit of colour.
And if you want to complete the look but don’t fancy splashing out £225 on a pair of Joseph trousers (which are currently sold out anyway) either, these replicas will set you back a whole let less.
Next is selling a pair of Berry trousers for only £35 and their ankle grazer design is perfect for pairing with chic court shoes.
Or if you want to go for something a bit different New Look’s tapered trousers come with a paperbag design at the top to add a bit of excitement to the outfit.
You could even invest in a few of these options as this classic outfit is definitely one you’ll want to repeat.
Good ones for the Christmas list maybe?
