The Duke and Duchess aren’t known for public displays of affection, but a sweet image of the couple has been posted on Instagram.
- The Instagram account called Family of William and Catherine uploaded a sweet throwback picture of the royal couple gazing lovingly at each other.
- It’s since gained over 2,000 likes and plenty of comments from royal fans..
- This follows royal news that TheDuchess of Cambridge wore a pair of £1.50 earrings and £13.50 wedges.
The account, with over 94,000 followers, shares frequent updates of the Cambridge household, including their three children.
Often, they share throwback pictures of Princess Diana, Prince Charles, and even the Queen too.

Lots of fans commented on the image, with one writing: “Awww🤗❤️❤️ those eyes tell all. They don't even have to say a word to each other as their eyes, communicate the intense love, adoration, affection, friendship, trust, respect, and loyalty they both share with each other. I wish that all could find such chemistry with their chosen partners. It is an amazing gift and a priceless Blessing.”
Another fan said: “I love seeing you two together! Such love! A true fairy tale!”
“The most gorgeous photo of my favourite young royal couple. ❤️”, added another.

Reportedly, the sweet photo was taken before the couple married in 2011. Earlier this year, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge celebrated their eight year anniversary, and now have three children together - Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.
The royal couple choose not to hold hands in public, and body language expert Robert Kermode claims it’s because of the Queen.
He previously told the Daily Mail that the Queen and Prince Philip are rarely affectionate with each other in public, so the Duke and Duchess could be following in their royal footsteps.
