  • The Duchess of Cambridge wore a gorgeous pair of earrings during two surprise royal visits, and Marks & Spencer have a fabulous £5 dupe of the accessory.

Catherine has been very busy recently, as she promotes her landmark survey #5BigQuestions on the under 5s.

The duchess looked gorgeous in a chic yet simple outfit, and we love that she picked a John Lewis jumper to beat the cold.

The cashmere roll neck is currently sold out in the same colour Catherine wore, but still available in some sizes in two other colours – bright pink and rich purple.

Catherine’s grey coat is an old piece from Reiss, which she was spotted wearing for the first time in 2013 – but we found a similar version at Marks & Spencer for just £45.

The royal accessorised her outfit with gold leaf drop earrings from Zoraida, which cost £165.

During the two engagements, the duchess visited Ark Open Farm in Northern Ireland, a family-friendly farmyard which is set in 40 acres of countryside.

She then travelled to Scotland, where she visited the Social Bite café to meet employees, supported volunteers and customers who have experienced homelessness.

Kensington Palace shared a video of the duchess’ two visits. Alongside the caption, they wrote, ‘Take a look behind the scenes as The Duchess of Cambridge visits @thearkopenfarm to talk about her landmark survey #5BigQuestions on the under 5s.’
