Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall was spotted in a chic face mask as she visited cosmetics store Boots.

The Duchess of Cornwall was seen out and about in London yesterday carrying out important engagements as she sported a chic reusable face mask.

Duchess Camilla visited high-street cosmetics store Boots to honour the hard work that employees have done throughout the coronavirus lockdown.

“You have been a lifeline to a lot of people.. So thank you very much indeed,” she said in a quote shared by the Clarence House Instagram page.

The Duchess of Cornwall today thanked staff at @bootsuk, who have continued to support patients and customers with essential pharmacy services throughout lockdown,’ Clarence House continued.

Boots set up and ran the first drive-through COVID-19 testing station for NHS workers in just 5 days. Today, hundreds of Boots colleagues continue to perform swab tests on those with suspected COVID-19 symptoms.

‘Partnered with @hestia_charity, Boots also offers victims of domestic abuse access to specialist support and advice inside the safe space of a consultation room,’ they explained. ‘The scheme responds to the desperate situation facing many victims who have been isolating with perpetrators during lockdown. In the first week of Boots’ safe spaces being available, it is estimated over 100 people accessed them.

‘During the visit, Her Royal Highness heard that Boots have delivered 3,993 wash bags, as part of the Wash Bag Project, to Sexual Assault Referral Centres (SARCs) in the last month. Launched by The Duchess in 2017, the Wash Bag Project donates a wash bag of toiletries to SARC clients, who have undergone a forensic examination, to provide some comfort at a sensitive time’.
