It's hard to believe that almost 30 years have gone by since our favorite 90's medical drama premiered. But for those of you still imagining an ER reunion, your dreams are about to become a reality.

PEOPLE has announced that most ER casts will come together on April 22 for a live reunion. The virtual reunion will occur on PEOPLE's daily series Stars in the House and include a bunch of the original cast members.

• The best mascara for volumizing your lashes
• The best eye cream at every price point

Try not to swoon when you hear the cast lineup too. Gloria Reuben, George Clooney, Noah Wyle, Laura Innes, Anthony Edwards, Alex Kingston, Julianna Margulies, Goran Visnjic, Paul McCrane, Ming-Na Wen, Laura Cerón, Yvette Freeman, Conni Marie Brazelton, and Angela Hicks are all confirmed to be appearing on the reunion.

It's not a coincidence that the episode airs on Earth Day either. The episode is being produced to help benefit the Waterkeeper Alliance (a fast-growing global non-profit that focuses completely on clean water).

The ER reunion event will also be hosted by Seth Rudetsky and James Wesley who will help moderate fan questions and watch as the cast reminisces about their time at Chicago's County General Hospital.

According to PEOPLE, Gloria (who is also the president of the organization) was inspired to put together this event as a fun way to bring the cast together and help support the organization.

In a statement, Gloria expressed her enthusiasm for reuniting with ER's incredible cast.

"I am absolutely thrilled to be reuniting with my ER family for a cause that is so close to my heart, and so grateful to Seth and James for allowing us to use their incredible platform to do so," she said.

The show originally aired in 1994 and was on air for 15 seasons until its finale in 2009.

Fans can tune in to the reunion exclusively on PEOPLE's social media platforms on April 22 at 8 pm.
