Nadia Sawalha has been taking some time off of Loose Women at the moment, and it looks as though she's making the most of it.

She and her family have taken the opportunity to head off on a short winter break to Cornwall, where Nadia and her husband Mark have celebrated his birthday.

And on the big day (20th November), the actress/TV personality shared an adorable tribute to her husband of 16 years, saying how much she loves him.

Nadia wrote the message on her Instagram, alongside a sweet photo of herself, Mark, and their youngest daughter, Kiki.

She said, 'Happy Birthday My darling @mark_adderley !!!! I love you to the moon and back .. more than once ! So #blessed to be in our favourite place on earth celebrating with you sweetheart . ❤❤❤ @carbisbayhotel #lovecornwall #ilovecornwall #explorecornwall #cornishlife #marriedforlife #marriedcouple #birthdayboys #husbandbirthday #beachlife #joyfulheart #mumdaddaughter'. But it wasn't only Mark who celebrated his big day during the Sawalha family visit to Cornwall. Nadia herself also turned 54 on 18th November, and revealed that she spent the day "dancing on the beach". She also thanked her family for making her big day so special.

Nadia also shared that she and her family are staying at the luxury 4 star Carbis Bay hotel, which is situated right on the beach. The hotel comes complete with an award-winning spa too, so it's likely the family are indulging in a few relaxing treatments too!

The Sawalha's have shared a whole host of photos from their jaunt to the coast, revealing that they've been indulging in seaside walks, tasty scones, and birthday lunches. Sounds pretty perfect to us!

Mark and Nadia's eldest daughter, Maddie, doesn't appear to be on the family holiday, although the reason why is not clear.
