Britney Spears has sparked speculation she's pregnant after sharing a video of a pregnant woman on Instagram.

Britney, 40, worried fans when she deleted her Instagram without a trace earlier this week.

The US pop star left the social media platform on Wednesday, leaving her 39+ million followers without any explanation for the sudden departure.

However, on Friday she dramatically returned, sharing a picture of herself in a white crop top paired with a navy blue skirt.

But after she shared a video of a pregnant woman on her account, fans have begun to speculate whether she's expecting a baby with her fiancé, Sam Asghari.

Britney captioned the video, which showed a baby moving around in the woman's stomach, "Mommy … get me out of here."

One fan commented, "GIRL thought u were pregnant!" While another added, "I think she's been subtly hinting she is.”

Another questioned, "Got something to tell us?”

Last year, Britney shared heartbreaking details about how she had been forced to use contraceptives for 13 years while under a court ordered conservatorship, which gave control of her personal and financial life to her father.

The singer battled to have the court order overturned – and was successful last November.

The singer, who shares sons Sean, 16, and Jayden, 15, with 43-year-old ex-husband Kevin Federline, has shared her desire to have more children.

She told the court last year, "I want to be able to get married and have a baby. I have an IUD inside of myself so that I don’t get pregnant, but [my team doesn’t] want me to have any more children."

She further hinted that she's ready to have a baby with fiancé sam when she gushed on his birthday, "Happy Birthday to my Fiancé… I love you so much… I want a family with you… I want it all with you !!!!"

And posting recent snaps from their trip to Polynesia, Britney wrote, "Planning on having babies in Polynesia."
