We’ve seen Helen Mirren play everyone from DCI Jane Tennison in the acclaimed Prime Suspect to the late Queen Elizabeth in the Oscar-winning movie The Queen, but fans have never seen her take on a role like MobLand's Maeve Harrigan.

As the matriarch of a powerful crime family in London, Maeve schemes and manipulates alongside her husband, played by Pierce Brosnan, and her extended family, including her son played by Paddy Considine (House of the Dragon) and daughter-in-law played by Lara Pulver (Spooks).

The Harrigans find themselves clashing with another crime family, and it falls to Harry Da Souza (Tom Hardy) to prevent an all-out gang war. Full of twists, turns and tough guys (and gals), it’s become one of the must-watch hits on streaming.
