Adele's Las Vegas residency could be rescheduled for as early as June 2022, according to inside sources.
The British superstar called off her concert series at Caesars Palace last month, citing Covid-19 related production delays and staff shortages for the last-minute cancellation.
Weekends with Adele was scheduled to take place at Las Vegas' iconic Colosseum from January to April, in what would have been the 33-year-old's return to live gigs after a nearly six-year-long hiatus. On 20 January, the Easy on Me singer took to social media to tearfully announce that her show wasn't ready and to apologize for the disappointing news.

The postponement left thousands of ticketholders in the dark over the residency's future, as speculation grew that its dates were unlikely to be rescheduled until next year.
Photos of Adele's Las Vegas set being removed from Caesars Palace and rumors of conflict with her set designer, Es Devlin, only worsened fans' concerns for the concerts' fate. It was later announced that country music singer Keith Urban would be taking the Grammy-winner's empty slots, prompting entertainment experts to warn that the Las Vegas residency could be rescheduled for October at the earliest.
It's now been reported, however, that Adele is set to return to Sin City's most famous theatre this summer—one month before her highly-anticipated Hyde Park concerts in London.
According to a showbiz insider, Caesars Palace is hoping to reschedule Weekends with Adele for between June and September 2022. It's understood that the Tottenham native will take to the stage straight after Keith Urban has completed his residency on 18 June, and take a final bow just before Rod Stewart's concerts kick off on 23 September.
"That is the scheduling that would make the most sense," the source told the Sun.
“Talks are ongoing at the moment, and the hope is that Adele’s rearranged dates will be agreed very soon.
“She has made it clear that next year is not an option, and everyone is keen to lock the dates in.”
Adele confirmed earlier this month on The Graham Norton Show that her Las Vegas residency "absolutely 100%" will happen this year, adding, "It has to happen this year because I've got plans for next year. Imagine if I have to cancel because I am having a baby!"
