W&H books editor, Isabelle Bloom, Ruth Hogan, Hannah Beckerman and Harriet Evans are the stars of an evening of drinks and literary discussions in a fabulous location...
The Rooftop Bookclub is back with more drinks and literary discussions at their stunning riverside rooftop, in the company of some very special authors. And we’re very excited that our very own books editor, Isabelle Bloom, is joining the event on the 24th of April 2019.
Isabelle will be presenting three stars of women’s fiction – Ruth Hogan, Hannah Beckerman and Harriet Evans, so for book fans this is a night not to be missed.
About the panellists
Ruth Hogan’s debut novel The Keeper of Lost Things was a Sunday Times Bestseller, and has sold over 800,000 copies since publication. Her latest novel Queenie Malone’s Paradise Hotel is a story about mothers and daughters, families and secrets, and the astonishing power of friendship.
Hannah Beckerman’s novel If Only I Could Tell You has been gathering praise from authors including Marian Keyes, Jojo Moyes, John Boyne, Kate Mosse and Erin Kelly. If Only I Could Tell You is a life affirming novel with a secret that will break your heart and an ending that will put it together again.
Harriet Evans is the author of Sunday Times bestselling novels The Butterfly Summer and A Place For Us. Harriet’s most recent novel, The Wildflowers, was a Richard and Judy Book Club pick for 2018 and has praised by authors such as Sophie Kinsella, Lesley Pearse and India Knight.
Her latest novel The Garden of Lost and Found is the unputdownable and heart-breaking tale of a family ripped apart and the extraordinary house they called home.
