When it comes to winter dressing, not much beats a simple roll-neck jumper.

Keeping our upper body toasty warm, they're also super-stylish, and go with almost anything - from a pair of jeans to a chic midi skirt.

So when Lorraine Kelly wore one from one of our favourite high-street shops, we sat up and paid attention.

For Thursday's episode of Lorraine, the popular presenter opted for a timeless blue and white striped roll-neck, from Marks & Spencer. She paired the casual jumper with a smarter skirt from Zara, achieving a brilliant balance between laid-back and put together. She teamed the look with some blue heels, from Aldo.

And luckily, the M&S jumper is perhaps one of the most affordable things Lorraine has ever worn!

It's available online for just £19.50 - a steal for such a practical and fashion-forward winter staple item. It will also be available in selected stores.

At the moment, the navy jumper is still on sale in all sizes, but is low in stock in a size six and a size 16 - suggesting it's selling fast. We predict this easy-to-wear item will sell out pretty quickly though, so if you want one for yourself, you might want to be quick.

While Lorraine paired her roll-neck with an elegant skirt, this M&S jumper would work for almost any occasion. Follow Marks & Spencer's styling advice and team yours with some chic white jeans for a truly classic look.

Or, tuck yours in to a slouchy midi skirt, and wear it under a stylish trench coat, for a more fashion-forward option.

Customers have already been singing the praises of the jumper online, with one happy shopper writing, 'Really well priced jumper. Light knit ideal for spring. True to size and a good (long) length in the body'.

And another wrote, 'Really pleased with the quality and the fit of the jumper. '.

Race you to your local M&S!
