Holly Willoughby has revealed how she banishes her brown roots and keeps her blonde locks in check.

The This Morning host took to Instagram to share a tutorial with her millions of followers on how she transforms her hair from the comfort of her own bathroom.

In the video, mum-of-three Holly can be seen demonstrating how she uses her Garnier Nutrisse hair dye to achieve her golden colour.

Holly captioned the post explaining why she’d decided to film the process, claiming that she would undoubtedly leave viewers wondering how she’d managed to have her hair done during lockdown.

Tomorrow morning on @thismorning I know I will get an awful lot of questions asking how come I’ve managed to get my hair colour done whilst we are in lockdown (roots were getting out of control!).’

Assuring fans that she really does use the product she’s known for promoting and proving that in times like these, it’s super handy to DIY your hair dye, Holly penned, ‘I thought it’s a good opportunity to answer that question and a few others...

‘Do I really use @garnieruk to tint my own hair and if so how do I do it?

Hope this helps if you are considering home hair colour for the first time ... Always do a patch test and follow the instructions.’

Lots of the telly icon’s fans were delighted to see Holly sharing an insight into her beauty regime.
