Most of us may think that our favorite stars and celebrities only wear luxury beauty products, but Drew Barrymore's favorite lipstick proving that affordable beauty is in.

The actress and talk show host took to social media to share her favorite lipstick from her brand Flower Beauty, which can be found at CVS for only $10.

The Perfect Pout Lipstick is of course a go-to from Drew, who posted about the product numerous times, but this time she debuted her personal favorite shade of the collection: Buttercup.

How to create the perfect pout

There is no right or wrong way to apply lip products and for some of us we have our own method. If you're a makeup beginner though or just want to learn a new method, there are some viral hacks for applying the perfect lipstick, including Drew's personal method she posted on her personal account.

According to the actress, it's a four-step process for creating the perfect pout. To start, make sure you use a lip scrub to get rid of the dead flakes on your lips, then "seal in moisture" using a quality chapstick. Once your lips are nice and smooth, you'll want to outline your lips to help create a "fuller lip." To finish the look, just fill in your lips with your favorite lipstick, and voila—you'll have a Drew-approved pout.

It's not uncommon for celebrities to share their beauty tips during interviews, but for Drew, her Instagram has become her beauty sharing hub. In another post, the star gave her "Sunday skincare" tips and shared another product that she is obsessed with: Sunday Riley's Good Genes Lactic Acid Treatment.

This multi-purpose treatment not only exfoliates the skin but uses the natural powers of lactic acid to brighten and smooth skin for a younger, brighter-looking appearance.

She even showed us how she puts it on each day, saying it usually works within three minutes and is perfect for "plumping" wrinkles and fine lines away. "It gives me this natural glow that I don't even want to put makeup on after because I like the look of my natural skin," she explained.

If you're in need of some celebrity beauty secrets, Drew is no stranger to sharing her drugstore finds—and who doesn't love affordable beauty?
