Does Schuh have a first order discount code?
Schuh doesn't currently offer a new customer discount when you join the mailing list, however, when you sign up, you'll be added to the Schuh Club loyalty scheme which rewards you every time you shop, and you'll be able to save money on future purchases. When you get 100 points, you get £5 off.
Does Schuh do student discount?
Schuh offers a 10% student discount on all items, including sale items, so you can buy some new kicks for a night out on the town or some comfy trainers to wear on campus for a bargain price! You can get the Schuh student discount by registering on the Schuh website or signing up on the UNiDAYS website. Both methods will give you a unique discount code to use when you shop.
Can you get an NHS discount at Schuh?
Those with a Blue Light Card can get 10% off full-price products at Schuh. Blue Light Cards are available for those who work in the NHS, emergency services or armed forces. To get your Blue Light discount code, log into your Blue Light account and find the Schuh discount section. Copy this code into the promo box at checkout and enjoy your 10% off.
Can I get free delivery at Schuh?
Yes, you can get free standard delivery at Schuh, and it's available 7 days a week. To qualify, you need to spend over £25, if your order is under this amount, standard delivery will cost you £3. Standard delivery generally takes between 2-5 days to arrive. You can also get same day delivery for £6.99, next day delivery or chosen day delivery for £4.99. Please note that if you want to get next day delivery you need to order by midnight Mondays to Fridays, 10:30pm on Saturdays and by midnight on Sundays - this service excludes Bank Holidays.
Can I collect my Schuh order in-store?
Yep, Schuh does have a click & collect service which is completely free to any UK Schuh store. Once you've placed your order, it can be ready for collection within 20 minutes so you really won't have to wait long to pick up your new footwear. Once your items are available for collection, Schuh will ping you an email letting you know. Click & collect is a great option, especially if your order is under £25 as you won't qualify for free standard delivery under this amount, so it can really save you a lot.
Does Schuh accept returns or exchanges?
Schuh offers a refund or exchange on unused items returned within 365 days. Online returns are free if you have a ‘myschuh’ account, otherwise, for those without an account, they cost £2.50 which will be deducted from your refund. All exchanges are free. There are a variety of online return methods available, so you can choose the one that suits you best.
What payment methods does Schuh accept?
Once you've added your Schuh discount code at the checkout, you can pay for your new shoes with Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, American Express, ApplePay, Klarna, Flexecash and Google Pay.
How do I contact Schuh?
You can email the Schuh customer service team at help@schuh.co.uk, have a live chat on the website, or call them at 0207 100 1515. The phone lines are open Monday to Friday from 9am to 8pm, Saturday from 10am to 5pm and Sunday from 11am to 5pm.
Does Schuh have a refer a friend scheme?
Schuh doesn't run a friend referral programme at the moment, however, there are plenty of ways to save at your favourite footwear retailer - more info on that in the Hints & Tips section below...
Ways to save at Schuh
As well as the variety of Schuh voucher codes, there are a few other tips and tricks that will help you secure your purchase from Schuh for a discounted price:
Check the Schuh sale: Schuh runs sale offers almost year-round, so you can always find something for a bargain price. We recommend filtering by size and sorting the order with the lowest price first to see the best discounts available for your shoe size. Keep a regular eye on the sale to be the first to scoop up any bargains as soon as they’re listed, as there is usually limited stock.
Join the Schuh Club rewards scheme: Schuh runs the Schuh Club loyalty scheme that helps you earn points towards money off rewards. This means that each time you make a purchase, you earn points towards a future discount. Schuh also often offers double points on your purchase when you first sign up, so keep an eye on which promotions are running to help you save even more money in the future.
Shop the Ex-Display section: Under the sale section, there is a heading that says ‘Offers’, under here, you'll find the Ex-display/Imperfects section where you can shop a huge variety of Schuh products for a discounted price. These are shoes that were used for displays in-store so cannot be sold as new. However, most of the time, they are in perfect condition. This is a great hack to save money on a (pretty much) new pair of shoes.
How to use Schuh discount codes
- Select the Schuh promo code that is best for your purchase, click the 'Get Code' button and copy the code when prompted.
- Head to the Schuh website and add all your items to your basket.
- Click on the bag icon in the top right-hand corner to go to the checkout page.
- Once in your basket, you will see a heading on the right that reads ‘Discount/Promo Code/Gift cards’. Select Discount/Promo Code from the list.
- Copy the discount code you selected earlier and paste it into the text box
- 6. Click ‘Apply’ and the discount code will be automatically added to your purchase, ready for you to checkout.
How do we source voucher codes and deals?
We have an expert deals team who dedicate their working hours to finding discount codes, sales, and other great offers to help you save money. They work with affiliate networks and search the web high and low for the best deals around. Once they’ve tested the codes, they add the offers to the brand page for you to redeem.
We also have a partnership team that builds relationships with our brands, negotiating exclusive discount codes (which will be the best offer currently on the market), that you won’t be able to find anywhere else. Once they secure an exclusive code, the deals team then add them to the brand page.
Finally, our editorial team provide additional information on each brand, the FAQs provide much-needed answers to your questions and our Hints & Tips give you advice on alternative ways to save money when there isn’t a discount code available.
What if my promo code doesn’t work?
We manually test our codes regularly and include all terms and conditions to help prevent listing codes that don’t work. However, although our promo codes are tested regularly, sometimes a code will expire or the offer details will change without our knowledge. How do we make money?
Our business model works by commission, so when you click one of our offers and then make a purchase on the brand’s website, we get a small percentage of the money that you’ve spent as our offers have helped connect you with the brand.
