When is the next Joules sale?
Joules has an up to 70% off clearance sale that runs throughout the year, reducing the price of a huge selection of womenswear, menswear, kidswear, and homeware. Don't delay if you see something you like, once clearance lines are gone, they're not coming back. Joules doesn't just have a clearance sale, you can find seasonal sales throughout the year, including Black Friday, and summer and winter sales, where more clothing lines are discounted.
Can I use my Joules discount code on sale items?
Normally, Joules discount codes are for full-price items only, however, we have seen additional discounts for sale items in the past. For example, Joules has previously promoted an extra 15% off sale discount code, so there may be a chance that the offer (or something similar) will come around again.
Can I get free delivery at Joules?
Yep, you can get free standard delivery at Joules but to qualify for it you need to spend over £59. When your order is under that amount, delivery will cost £3.95. Standard delivery from Joules takes up to 3 working days to arrive so you won't have to wait too long.
Can I collect my Joules order in-store?
If you'd prefer to collect your online order, you can do so with Joules click & collect service. Click & collect is free on all orders, with no minimum spend. If you order before 1pm you can collect your purchases from your chosen store within 1 working day of ordering. You have 7 days to collect your order once you've received notification of its arrival.
If you don't live near a Joules store but still would rather collect your order, there is also a CollectPLUS option where you can collect your order from a CollectPLUS location, but this costs £3.50 unless your order is over £59. Similarly to in-store click & collect your order will be ready within 1 working day if you order before 1pm. You have 10 days to collect your order once it's arrived at your chosen location.
Does Joules accept returns?
You have 30 days from delivery to return any unwanted items by post or in-store, regardless of the method of delivery or purchase. If you would like to exchange an item, this can be done in-store. But if you wish to do your return via post, you must return and order your new item separately. Returns are free and can be done at your nearest post office.
What payment methods does Joules accept?
Joules accepts three methods of payment online. Shoppers can pay via Mastercard or Visa, or via instalment payment platform Klarna, which allows you to pay for items in three instalments (charges may apply).
How do I contact Joules customer service?
There's a blue 'Help' button on the bottom right side of the website and when you type in your query it will present relevant links to help with your answer. Alternatively you can call the customer service team at 0345 250 7160.

Refer a friend: If you love shopping at Joules, let your friends know and take advantage of the Friend Referral scheme. When your friend makes their first purchase, they’ll receive 20% off, just make sure that they enter your details when they come to check out. This can be done by clicking the tagline ‘Been referred by a friend’, underneath the promotional code box on the right-hand side of the shopping cart page. As a thank you for introducing them, Joules will give you a £10 off voucher. A great way to save money at Joules and help your friends too.
Shop when there's a sale: Joules holds at least two seasonal sales per year, one at the end of the summer and another at the end of the winter season, usually from Boxing Day. Joules has also taken part in the Black Friday sales during November in previous years; you can expect this to continue in 2023. Joules will often run promotional discounts throughout the year, but these won’t have prescribed times. To stay up to date with Joules discounts during the year you should sign up for its newsletter as this will be the best way to hear about upcoming offers.

How to use your Joules promo code
- On our page, you'll find the latest Joules voucher codes. Click the 'Get Code' button on the one you wish to use then click 'Copy'.
- Head to the Joules website, place all the items you wish to buy in your shopping bag and click the shopping bag icon on the top right hand corner of the page. This will take you to your shopping cart.
- On the right hand side of the page, directly above your order summary, there is a box offering the option to ‘Add a Promotional Code’. Paste your Joules discount code into this box and click 'Apply'.
- Your total should automatically update and you can now continue with the rest of the checkout process.

How do we source voucher codes and deals?
We have an expert deals team who dedicate their working hours to finding discount codes, sales, and other great offers to help you save money. They work with affiliate networks and search the web high and low for the best deals around. Once they’ve tested the codes, they add the offers to the brand page for you to redeem.
We also have a partnership team that builds relationships with our brands, negotiating exclusive discount codes (which will be the best offer currently on the market), that you won’t be able to find anywhere else. Once they secure an exclusive code, the deals team then add them to the brand page.

What if my promo code doesn’t work?
We manually test our codes regularly and include all terms and conditions to help prevent listing codes that don’t work. However, although our promo codes are tested regularly, sometimes a code will expire or the offer details will change without our knowledge. How do we make money?
Our business model works by commission, so when you click one of our offers and then make a purchase on the brand’s website, we get a small percentage of the money that you’ve spent as our offers have helped connect you with the brand.
The way we do this is by dropping a cookie! When you click one of our links, a unique identifier is added that lets the brand know that you’ve come from Woman & Home vouchers, and that’s how we manage to keep these vouchers free to use!
