When is the next Dr Martens sale?
Dr Martens doesn't have sales all year round, but you will find them dotted throughout the year, including up to 40% off a huge range of products. Does Dr Martens have a first order discount?
Yes, new customers can get 10% off their first order when they join the mailing list. If you'd like to take advantage of this offer, head to the Dr Martens website, scroll to the bottom of the homepage and add your email address in the box underneath the section called 'Join Our Newsletter'.
Does Dr Martens do student discount?
Dr Martens offers a 10% discount for students, powered by UNiDAYS. You must be registered with UNiDAYS in order to receive the discount. To register you need to head to the UNiDAYS website and join with your student email address - it's completely free to do so.
Can I use a Dr Martens student discount with other vouchers?
You cannot use your Dr Martens student discount in conjunction with other offers. This is the same for all Dr Martens discount codes, unless stated otherwise. It is worth looking around to find which code offers the best discount and using that one at checkout.
Can I use my Dr Martens code in-store?
Whether your code can be used in-store is dependent on the offer. The 10% discount for new customers can only be applied to online purchases. However, the student discount offer can be used in-store. The majority of Dr Martens codes will only work online unless it is explicitly stated otherwise, so be aware of this when shopping in person.
Does Dr Martens have free delivery?
Dr Martens standard delivery cost is £3.95, but if your order cost is £50 or more you can enjoy free delivery. You will receive a tracking number from Dr Martens once your order has been shipped, and you can leave delivery instructions to have your package left in a place or with a neighbour.
Can I return or exchange my Dr Martens order?
You can return your Dr Martens item(s) for free within 30 days of purchase. If you ordered online, you can use either Royal Mail or Collect+ to send your return. Simply fill in the returns form you received with your parcel, follow the instructions and drop it off with your chosen courier. You will receive a full refund in up to 14 days from the date that your package is received at the Dr Martens warehouse. Orders placed online cannot be returned in-store - you must post online orders back in order to receive your refund.
It is important to note that Dr Martens does not offer exchanges. If you wish to swap a purchase, you will need to receive a refund and then repurchase the item you want.

Does Dr Martens do a Blue Light Card discount?

How to use your Dr Martens voucher code
- Find the Dr Martens promo code on this site that is best for your purchase. Click the 'Get Code' button, then the 'Copy' button once the pop-out box shows with the code.
- Add the item(s) you want to purchase to your basket on the Dr Martens website and go to the checkout by clicking the basket icon in the top right-hand corner.
