When is the next Boots sale?
Boots always run a wide range of promotions, so if you’re willing to shop between brands, you will likely find a deal on the product type you’re shopping for no matter when you look. With that said, certain periods are known to be particularly strong for generous discounting and clearances of seasonal stock, such as Cyber Weekend in late November, the Boxing Day sales and end-of-summer sales.
What are the most popular brands I can get a discount on at Boots?
There are thousands of brands across health, beauty, gifting electricals, and more at Boots. Within beauty, Boots’ in-house brands are some of the most well-loved, including No7, which is known for the iconic Protect & Perfect Serum, cheeky bath and body brand Soap & Glory and botanical skincare specialist Liz Earle. Can I use a Boots discount code on sale items?
Sometimes you can, but more often than not it's for full-price items only. Make sure you read the T&Cs of the discount code before you head to the checkout to be sure though.
Does Boots have a student discount?
Sometimes you can get a student discount at Boots but it's only during times the retailer has a Student Event, and you must have a Boots Advantage Card to claim the discount. In the last Student Event, Boots offered 20% off selected orders over a long weekend.
Does Boots do NHS discount?
No, there is no specific discount for NHS staff at this time. The best way for healthcare workers to find a deal is by looking out for Boots discount codes and other seasonal promotions.
Does Boots do free delivery?
Boots offers a wide range of delivery options, including free standard delivery on orders over £25, which typically takes five working days to arrive (there are some exclusions to free delivery, including very heavy items, optician purchases and infant formula). If your order is under £25, standard delivery will cost £3.75. For an increased fee of £4.95, next and named-day delivery is also available, which is great if you need your order swiftly.
Does Boots do free click and collect?
Yes, Boots click & collect is free for orders over £15 and £1.50 for orders under. You can collect your order in over 2000 Boots stores across the UK, with items usually available to pick up the next working day.
Can I return items to Boots?
If you decide you want to return an item you have bought online, you can return it within 35 days, either in-store or by completing a return form online at the Royal Mail returns portal and sending it by free post. Certain items can’t be returned once they have been opened - namely food, customised gifts, cosmetics and medicines - unless the product is faulty.
How do I contact Boots?
The quickest way to get in touch with the customer service team is to use the live chat service on the website. Click the blue message icon in the bottom right corner of the website to start a chat with the Virtual Assistant. You can also call the Boots customer care team at 0345 609 0055. The team are available Monday-Friday from 8.30am-7pm, weekends from 8.45am-5pm and Bank Holidays from 9am-4pm. The team are not available on Christmas Day and Easter Sunday.
Is Boots a pharmacy?
Yes, as well as being a shopping destination, Boots is a working chemist with pharmacists in-store who can sell all over-the-counter medicines and fulfil prescription requests. Online, the Boots Online Doctor is a paid-for service whereby you can request home testing kits and some prescription medications, which can be collected in-store or delivered to your home. This is subject to filling in a health questionnaire that will be reviewed by clinicians who decide if this treatment or test is appropriate for you.

These 24-hour deals change every week, but previous offers have included best-selling brands such as Huda Beauty, Phillips, Olay, Oral B and Tommee Tippee.
Check Freebie Friday & free gifts: Boots runs a Freebie Friday deal every Friday so it's worth checking each week to see what's on offer. In addition to this, Boots regularly offers free gifts with select fragrance purchases, and even has a dedicated page on the website to show which fragrance promotions are currently running. Free gifts tend to be bags, minis or cosmetics.
Shop seasonal sales: Seasonal shopping events such as Black Friday can be a way to bag a discount on products that are rarely on offer. For example, Boots’ 2022 Black Friday offer included £10 of Advantage points for every £60 spent on beauty electricals. This amounted to a sizable return on the Dyson Supersonic hair dryer, a product that never goes on sale.
