After seeing all of our favourite celebrities and A-listers stepping out at this year’s Chelsea Flower Show, we’ve been spoiled for choice when it comes to spring/summer-ready occasionwear inspiration. These neutral additions allowed the rich sapphire tone of Ranvir’s jumpsuit to really be the star of the show. It was brighter than navy, which can often feel very wintery, and this worked well with the cropped length. Last summer we saw culotte shorts having a moment and they continued to be popular into winter as people paired them with knee-high boots.

This approach won’t be for everyone, though something like Ranvir Singh’s shorter jumpsuit would also look gorgeous with higher ankle boots coming up to the bottom hem. Personally, I think a block colour that fits in with your existing wardrobe staples is more versatile and gives you freedom to have fun with more affordable accessories.

Just a few days earlier, Ranvir Singh presented Good Morning Britain wearing a chocolate brown Ro & Zo jumpsuit with a similar short-sleeved, wide-leg silhouette. This time she had on snake-print heels for a touch of contrast and they worked so well without dominating the outfit.

She also chose these shoes to go with her deep purple long-sleeved Phase Eight jumpsuit in early January. Incorporating patterned shoes or handbags into an outfit is less daunting than going for a full-on printed look and adds extra dimension too.

Out of all the pieces in your winter capsule wardrobe, coats are an item worth investing in and choosing carefully. If the latest coat trends don’t work with your signature style, don’t feel pressured to join in with the crowd. Timeless designs with plenty of coverage are probably going to be your most-worn coats, and Ranvir Singh just wore one that’s perfect for really cold days.

It might be January, but the ITV star was "holding onto the last gasps of Christmas spirit" when she took her 13-year-old son to watch The Nutcracker at the London Coliseum. She wrapped up warm in a longline shearling-esque coat with a faux fur lining.

It was tan and cream which is one of the most popular colourways for this type of outerwear and it’s also perfect for wearing into spring as it’s lighter and brighter than black or brown. This combination of tones is versatile too and that makes a huge amount of difference to how much wear you get out of a coat.

After all, we’re more likely to reach for a design that can be easily mixed and matched with different looks. Ranvir left her coat unbuttoned and underneath she went for a sky blue crew-neck jumper, black jeans and chunky boots. The pop of colour broke up the neutrals and the presenter’s jeans were streamlined, meaning she could tuck them into her boots with ease.

Black jeans are the smarter alternative to blue denim and fitted styles are also naturally more formal than relaxed silhouettes. They were a great choice from Ranvir for her night at the ballet and the boots added some edginess to offset the classic feel.

Chunky-soled ankle boots might not be as sleek and sophisticated as knee-high boots, but they provide useful grip and can be worn with so many outfits, as they don’t come up super high on the leg. We’re more used to seeing Ranvir Singh wearing elegant stiletto heels when she’s presenting Good Morning Britain, so these shoes were something a bit different for her.

She finished off her evening out look with a suede crossbody bag and gloves that almost exactly matched her coat. I think coordination - whether of colours, patterns or fabrics - is such an underrated way to look polished, though I’ve never considered doing it with gloves before.

They looked to be fingerless and had the same cream fluffy trims as her jacket for extra cosiness. All together Ranvir Singh’s ensemble was chic, warm and relaxed - perfect for not only her trip to watch The Nutcracker, but for so many other occasions. This style would work for date nights, meet-ups with friends or frosty walks in the daytime.

It’s hard to believe that Good Morning Britain’s Ranvir Singh has a wake-up call of 3am when she looks as glamorous as she does on our screens.

And recently, fans have noticed that the presenter, 48, has a new glow about her, having lost weight and, by her own admission, healed her relationship with food.

"You’ve always looked good [but] at the moment you’re absolutely glowing," gushed a fan under one of her stunning Instagram snaps.

Another said, "You look in sensational shape and you’re so naturally beautiful," as a third added, "She’s lost weight and looks great."

Over the last year, Ranvir has been hitting the gym and taking her fitness more seriously - embracing the gym and getting into strength training.

Speaking to Good Housekeeping, the mum-of-one explained, "It’s since I started at a little women-only one, and it’s made me realise how intimidated I had been, often feeling that gyms were somewhere that I didn’t belong. But since I joined this gym, I’ve actually wanted to go."

Discussing the benefits of weight training, Celebrity Nutritionist Gabriela Peacock explains, "As we enter our late 40s and early 50s, preserving lean muscle becomes increasingly important - not just for tone and strength, but for overall metabolic health. Weight training helps to maintain muscle mass, which naturally declines with age, and this supports a more efficient metabolism, stronger bones, and better balance."

She adds, "It’s also a fantastic way to improve insulin sensitivity and support long-term weight management. When combined with good nutrition, including enough protein, fibre, and key micronutrients, weight training can make a huge difference to energy levels and body composition."

On top of weight training, Ranvir has worked with a nutritionist to heal her relationship with food - something she says has been "an eye-opener" and helped ease her anxiety.

"I have a very deep-rooted compulsive eating/food addiction type experience with eating... since I was about 12. Nutrition education is only the very last piece of a complicated, messy, life-long jigsaw that I've struggled to solve," she told The Express.

"I desperately want to break the cycle of weight loss and weight gain, but more importantly, to remove the awful grey cloud that I know so many of you, like me, have constantly hanging over your head."

Over-eating and emotional eating are something Gabriela sees time and time again with her clients. "So many of us turn to food for comfort or stress relief - and that’s completely human. The key is learning to pause and recognise what you’re really craving: is it food, or perhaps rest, reassurance, or distraction," she says.

Gabriela advises, "Focus on creating realistic routines that fit naturally into your lifestyle. You can absolutely enjoy a biscuit or a glass of wine - it’s all about balance.’ She adds, ‘Real-life wellness isn’t about perfection, it’s about feeling good and finding balance."

This is particularly important to remember today, when so many are relying on quick fixes like weight-loss injections - something Ranvir presented an ITV program on.

‘Healthy weight management should never rely on extremes. The most sustainable results come from consistent, balanced habits rather than quick fixes,’ says Gabriela. There are some materials that just feel so much more appropriate for the colder months and corduroy is one of the first that springs to mind. Like velvet, it has plenty of texture and often has a subtle sheen that brings a sense of understated glamour.

It’s also very comfortable and all these reasons are why I get a lot of use out of cord trousers in autumn/winter. They make a change from jeans and Ranvir Singh has just showcased how a corduroy jumpsuit can be a great alternative to denim too.

She was back on Good Morning Britain on 13th October after a few weeks away filming and made an impression with her teal Joe Browns jumpsuit. Flattering jumpsuits are a handy staple to have in your collection for wearing day-to-night and this one has a modern bootcut flare.

The £65 Pixie Cord Jumpsuit also comes in a pretty berry-red, though it’s hard to argue with just how beautiful Ranvir’s teal version was. It features short sleeves, a classic collared neckline and a fitted bodice with a matching belt to accentuate the waist.

A silver-toned zip runs down the front and you can wear it done up right to the neck or left a little open. The ITV star opened for the latter which made her jumpsuit feel a little more relaxed. The corduroy on the Pixie Jumpsuit has stretch in it too for extra comfort.

If you’re never quite sure how to style jumpsuits it’s easiest to go simple. Ranvir Singh paired her teal one with beige Carvela court shoe heels that couldn’t have been more timeless or neutral.

A warmer take on this outfit would swap the heels for tan or black ankle boots and add a matching longline coat. This would allow the colour of the jumpsuit to be the focus and wouldn’t distract from the textured finish of the corduroy either.

Something in a jewel tone like Ranvir’s teal jumpsuit can be worn during the day and would also be perfect for party season. Deep colours surge in popularity this time of year and the distinctive cord lines look more understated against them.

Corduroy has a more formal edge compared to denim and so you can get away with wearing a cord jumpsuit at occasions where a denim boiler suit wouldn’t be smart enough. Jumpsuits also have the added benefit of being an outfit in their own right, meaning you don’t need to worry about what pieces go with what and just need to pick accessories.

Whilst so many of us love wearing jeans and a blazer, an all-in-one jumpsuit is a lovely alternative. The teal one isn’t the only design Ranvir Singh has worn so far this autumn, either. The Good Morning Britain presenter went for a pastel blue & Other Stories jumpsuit to present the ITV show in early September.

It’s selling out fast since going into the sale, but it has a very similar silhouette to her Joe Browns one, with short sleeves, a waist belt and zip-up front. This seems to be her go-to silhouette for cord jumpsuits - at least until it gets colder.

For a while it seemed like anyone who was anyone was styling leopard print pieces - from jeans to jumpers and accessories. It’s so versatile for such a statement pattern, but it’s not the only option that ticks these boxes. Zebra print is equally neutral, a bit different and Ranvir Singh has brought it to my attention.

The presenter wore a Zara co-ord to present ITV’s Lorraine on 19th August and revealed in her caption that it’s not her "usual look". However, she "trusted" her stylist Bronagh Webster and found the trousers and longline shirt to be "comfy and stylish".

The only other major thing I’d want from an outfit is affordability and the Zara co-ord nails this too. The safari shirt is £35.99 and the trousers are £29.99 making it £65.98 for the set and, of course, you don’t have to wear it as one every time.

Ranvir did wear the full co-ord and what really makes this stand out to woman&home’s Fashion Ecommerce Editor, Caroline Parr, were the colours.

"If you've reached your leopard print limit, or spots simply aren't for you, zebra stripes are a great idea. The colourway that Ranvir's rocking is that bit softer than harsh black and white, and the vertical stripes combined with the nipped-in tie waist belt make this co-ord very flattering," she explains.

Black and white zebra print is starker, but also beautiful if you want a full monochrome look. As Caroline says, though, Ranvir’s Zara co-ord with its chocolate brown and cream combination is a muted, warmer alternative that would also work with pretty much any other tone.

She adds, "The shirt would also work well paired with jeans, and the printed trousers are great for throwing on with a simple white tee in the last days of summer, too."

This is the beauty of a matching set, as the styling possibilities are extensive. If you’re not someone who has a lot of animal print items in your summer capsule wardrobe, a shirt or pair of trousers is an easy place to start. They can be mixed and matched with your staples and mean that only a small part of your outfit is actually patterned.

Ranvir Singh’s Zara shirt and trousers were billowy and lightweight which is great for the warm but grey weather we’ve been having. These kinds of drapey fabrics and silhouettes help to mellow out prints, as very fitted animal patterned pieces have the potential to be a bit too much for everyday wear and quite eveningwear-centric.

The broadcaster finished off her work look with white peep-toe heels. The neutral colour tied in with the cream stripes on her co-ord and if you’re coming up with summer or holiday outfit ideas focused on a set like this, I’d recommend taking a similar approach.

Picking shoes and bags that match one of the colours in your clothing adds a cohesive edge in moments. Gold jewellery and a turquoise beaded bracelet added extra glamour to Ranvir’s outfit and she showed it can be worth trying new things with your style.

Summer style is full of contrast as white dresses always surge in popularity this time of year - but so do vibrant designs and splashy patterns. Taking the plunge and going for a full-on colourful outfit is something that can be quite daunting and yet a white dress can feel overly plain.

This is why Ranvir Singh’s strawberry-patterned dress caught my eye so much when she wore it to the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition Preview Party on 11th June. A design like this is an easy way to bring a pop of colour in an understated way.

I was disappointed to discover that her exact M&S X Ghost dress isn’t available anymore, though I will still be taking a lot of inspiration from it for my seasonal looks. It has a vintage-esque style, with a neat collared neckline and puffed short sleeves.

The silhouette is elegant and modest, making it perfect for wearing to a christening or a garden party where you want to feel dressed up but still be comfortable. Ranvir’s dress is midi-length and although the bodice is more fitted, the skirt is flowing and loose.

The A-line silhouette is timeless and feels more low-key than a fit-and-flare with its voluminous skirt. Because of this, the presenter could easily have worn a pair of her best white trainers and added a raffia bag to make it seem smart-casual instead.

When you’re wearing patterned pieces the design can sometimes lend itself to being styled formally or for the daytime, but Ranvir’s strawberry-print dress works for both. It’s very delicate and small, meaning that it brings just a hint of colour.

The red of the strawberries is complemented by the green leaves and pale blue flowers. Each hue stands out from the white base fabric without taking over.

Even if fruit prints aren’t for you, Ranvir Singh’s ensemble shows how much of a difference having a small amount of colour can make to a simple white dress. It’s not too out-there and bright polka dots or tiny flowers can achieve a similar effect to this strawberry pattern.

To make it subtler still, Ranvir accessorised with plain white slingback heels. This time of year, many of us go for flats or espadrilles like the Princess of Wales’s wedges as they are easier to walk on grass in than stilettos.

The presenter didn’t need to worry about this for the exhibition, though she still went comfy with a pair of kitten heels. They had a covered, pointed toe with a mesh upper.

Ranvir completed her outfit for the occasion with an array of different bracelets. On her right wrist there was a stack of silver ones and she wore a single gold one on her left wrist.

When she’s working on Lorraine and Good Morning Britain, she tends to stick to either fully bright pieces or entirely neutral looks. This kind of whimsical patterned dress isn’t something we often see Ranvir reaching for, but I’m really glad she did.

Whilst certain types of jeans will surge in popularity in line with denim trends, denim dresses are incredibly timeless. Midi-length designs are our favourites and we couldn’t help admiring Ranvir Singh’s gorgeous Sosander one.

The broadcaster wore it to the Tina: The Tina Turner Musical’s 7th anniversary gala performance at the end of March. It’s one of those dresses we knew would sell out fast and already it’s gone in a lot of sizes on the Sosandar site and M&S.

Thankfully, there are other options around that can help us recreate a similar look. Ranvir’s denim dress had a round neckline, long cuffed sleeves that were slightly puffed at the shoulders and a panelled skirt.

Accessories To Wear With Denim

There’s nothing we love more than a dress with practical pockets and Ranvir placed her left hand casually inside one as she posed for pictures outside the event. The silver buttons running down the front glinted in the light and were a subtle contrast against the blue denim.

Darker washes like indigo tend to feel more formal compared to light denim, but this blue tone struck a good balance between them. When it comes to versatility, a mid-blue colour like this is worth considering as it’s especially easy to dress up or down.

Ranvir wore her dress with chunky black ankle boots and the longer skirt draped over the top of them to create a seamless finish. This was a fabulous smart-casual outfit, but as we move out of boot season there are other types of footwear we’d choose.

For an April date night outfit we’d pair a flowing denim midi dress with block heeled mules or espadrille wedges. Both would give some elevation without you having to opt for stilettos. Black loafers or ballet flats would also look sophisticated, but if you wanted to make a denim dress more casual, then go for trainers.

Just like blue jeans, a blue denim dress is one of those items that works with any other colour too. It makes the perfect outfit base for neutral or vibrant accessories and bright red is particularly wonderful with denim.

Ranvir often gravitates towards vivid colours like scarlet and yellow, but at the Tina gala she kept things simple. Her glossy brunette hair was loose around her shoulders and her makeup was glowy and natural-looking.

She wore a black watch and a ring, but otherwise her denim dress and boots spoke for themselves. We don’t often see Ranvir Singh styling denim as she prefers dressing more formally for work, so it was lovely to see her in this polished but relaxed outfit.

Her appearance at the musical performance came the day before she wore a stunning chocolate brown Reiss dress on Lorraine on 28th March. She paired it with her beloved Zara bow heels and this would make another sensational April evening ensemble if you wanted something sleek and minimalist.

Sometimes when a colour has a surge in popularity - like burgundy did in autumn/winter 2024-2025 - you can see it around so much that you end up tiring of wearing it. Rich warm brown tones have continued to be a trend going into spring and just when we thought we were ready to swap it for paler shades, Ranvir Singh revived our love for this colour. The presenter wore a gorgeous ruched Reiss dress on ITV’s Lorraine on 28th March and shared several posts on Instagram giving us a brilliant glimpse of her outfit.

This is such an elegant aesthetic and saves you any of the potential hassle of fastening at the side that you get with genuine wrap dresses. Crafted from jersey material, Ranvir’s dress was comfortable but still looked put-together. These are two key boxes we want to tick when it comes to date night outfits and the vent at the back and side split also helps with ease of movement.

The TV star often reaches for vivid coloured dresses for work but this deep brown Reiss dress was equally beautiful, but more understated. Chocolate brown is a softer alternative to black when you want a neutral outfit and it works so well with paler hues like cream, beige and white which tend to be more popular in the warmer months.

We’ve spotted that Ranvir was wearing her beloved Zara black slingbacks with her dress on Lorraine and they’re clearly still a firm favourite in her collection. These shoes are under £30 and have a delicate stiletto heel and a fun and feminine bow at the front for a touch of detail. To make her outfit feel a little more summery and casual outside of the studio, Ranvir could easily swap these slingbacks for a pair of white espadrille wedges or brown sandals.

If you’ve been inspired by the way she wore chocolate brown in spring but aren’t as keen on dresses or ruching, then accessories are a good way to go. A brown bag is just as versatile and wearable as a black bag for daytime errands or evenings out - as are brown loafers or ballet flats.

Choosing pieces with designs that fit in seamlessly with your signature style means that even if you’ve never worn chocolate brown before, it’ll feel a bit more comfortable and less daunting for you when you do. The same principle applies whenever you reach for a hue you don’t often wear.

There aren’t many colours we haven’t seen Ranvir Singh wear over the years and aside from neutrals like brown and beige, she’s been wearing more red in recent months. On Valentine’s Day she appeared on Lorraine wearing a fiery red three piece suit from another of her high street favourites, Mango. Just like her Reiss dress, this would make a wonderful date night or special occasion outfit.

When you want beautiful tailoring and affordable prices the high street is the place to head and Ranvir Singh has recently combined two of our favourite brands, Zara and Mango, to create what we think would make an exceptional date night outfit. The broadcaster was styled by the brilliant Bronagh Webster for ITV’s Lorraine on 14th March and wore a spring suit from Zara with Mango heels. The suit was a little different from the tailored pieces you might already have in your collection as the blazer had short sleeves and a scoop neckline.

This gave it more of a waistcoat-esque appearance and it worked so well as a top in its own right, but you could also easily wear it over a cami as an extra layer on cooler days. Ranvir’s £49.99 blazer has shoulder pads that give it a gorgeous structured shape and front flap pockets.

The short sleeves are also a wonderful detail and they cut off at a great point on the arm. They're slightly longer than capped sleeves and this style is incredibly flattering and gives more coverage than a strappy waistcoat or tailored top. The blazer fastens up the front like a cardigan with tortoiseshell buttons that bring a lovely amount of contrast against the blazer’s taupe colour.

As Ranvir herself said in her caption, this is a "lovely neutral tone" and earthy, stone colours like this are a big spring/summer fashion trend for 2025. We can see why they’re proving so popular as you don’t have to worry about potential colour clashes as they can work seamlessly with so many other shades.

Although we personally love a bright, bold suit look, it’s not for everyone and the broadcaster’s take on tailored co-ords is a lot more wearable day-to-day - and for different occasions.

She wore the blazer with the matching high-waisted suit trousers whilst working on Lorraine, but the designs meant that it didn’t feel too formal or corporate as an outfit. The scoop neckline of the blazer and lack of lapels makes the Zara suit feel more relaxed, as does the flared silhouette of the trousers. If we were styling this tailored outfit for more low-key occasions we’d pair the suit with our best white trainers or brown ballet flats or sandals.

However, for a more elevated look or an evening out, Ranvir Singh’s approach is perfect. She wore £45.99 Mango heels that were a cognac brown hue and about as timeless as it comes. They were stiletto court shoes with pointed toes that were just visible underneath her trousers.

There’s a reason that court shoes are one of the Royal Family’s go-to shoe styles too, as they’re smart and minimalist. The combination of the Zara co-ord and the Mango shoes was a sensational one and these two brands are often worn by Ranvir Singh. Back in February she wore a three-piece scarlet suit by Mango in honour of Valentine’s Day, showing how much she loves high street tailoring.

There are some trends we don’t think twice about, like wide leg jeans or suede jackets, and others that might seem a lot more daunting at first. However, sometimes all it takes is a bit of inspiration on how to style them and we realise that these trend pieces will work for us. One of the biggest spring/summer fashion trends for 2025 is dark romanticism and bows are still hugely popular after party season. Combining these two trends can be so stunning and journalist and presenter Ranvir Singh showed this when she wore a black and red Warehouse dress with bow heels.

This was her outfit of choice on 2nd January as she started off 2025 presenting Lorraine and interviewing the brilliant Adele Roberts, who is running six marathons in a year around the world and hopes to become the first woman with a stoma to do so. Ranvir’s dress was a sophisticated take on florals which can sometimes feel a little too twee or old-fashioned.

The dress is reduced to £40 in the Warehouse sale and is selling fast, though it’s still available in several sizes. It features a sweeping V-neckline with a knot detail at the front and long sleeves. The skirt flares out and has an asymmetric handkerchief hem which gives added movement and volume. We especially love the contrast of the black background tone and the red roses and green leaves running all over Ranvir’s dress.

Florals for spring and summer tend to be either pastel hues or fun vibrant colours, but this was a slightly more understated take on this pattern. Dark romantic looks with a gothic hint to them were seen on plenty of spring/summer catwalks, including Alexander McQueen. The key is softening the dark colours with lightweight fabrics like lace, silk and chiffon.

Ranvir Singh’s affordable dark floral dress was so elegant and floaty at the hem. She wore it with a pair of black slingback heels from Zara which were equally affordable and also embraced a trend in a very easy-to-replicate way. These shoes have a delicate stiletto heel, a pointed toe and adorable bows across the front.

The bows are just big enough to be a feature but not so large that they would restrict how you move in them or be too much of a focal point. This design is so feminine and is a wonderful way to wear the bow trend if you’ve not been sure about incorporating bow pieces into your winter capsule wardrobe. We saw bows on everything from dresses to blouses in the run-up to the festive season and they are showing no sign of going anywhere so far in 2025.

The Lorraine star could easily re-wear this entire outfit for spring or summer events and would look so stylish and sophisticated. On a cold February day we would suggest swapping the heels for a pair of warm knee high boots and possibly adding leather gloves with bows or something similar to subtly bring that trend in.

Bows instantly bring a fun feel to an outfit and the colour palette of a dark floral dress helps to mellow this a little. Alternatively, picking just one of these trends would also be a lovely choice and Ranvir’s look has given us plenty of inspiration.
