Jennifer Lopez is no stranger to the highs and lows of love - but rather than be defeated by it, she is sharing her inspirational message to people everywhere.

Appearing on the Subway Takes YouTube talk show - dressed in an understated cap and trench coat perhaps as a nod to her Jenny from the Block days - the multi-hyphenate singer/actress/businesswoman shared, "Break-ups are not a failure. I honestly feel like it's a launchpad into your next best self."

She added, "We should have a party when we break up."

JLo didn't stop there. The star, who has previously been married to Ben Affleck, Marc Anthony, Cris Judd, and Ojani Noa, believes people should celebrate.

"People should say, 'You broke up? Congratulations.' Because one, you made a decision. Two, it was probably the best thing for everybody."

Rather tellingly, Jennifer also took aim at those who find themselves constantly doing the breaking up. She said, "If you go around your life and you're breaking hearts... you're the loser."

For anyone going through a divorce or a break-up who needs to hear a message of hope, Jennifer shared the lessons she takes away from each one.

"I just feel like the biggest growth spurts I've had emotionally, mentally, psychologically have always come from a heartbreak. And that's not just in romantic relationships, that's in work heartbreaks, all of it.

"It's the only time you dig. You’re like, 'What the f*** happened? How do I do this? Why do I keep doing this? Or why didn't that happen? What could I have done better?'

"You change yourself."

Jennifer most recently went through a high-profile divorce from Ben Affleck. And the Hustlers star has previously opened up about learning to confront her own decisions following the split.

She told the Smartless podcast, "My life blew up in my own face… After my last divorce, I just sat there, and I was like, I cancelled my tour… I was just like, you need to figure yourself out.

"What is going on with you? Forget about everybody else. There’s nobody to blame here except yourself in a certain way."

While it certainly sounds like the Love Don’t Cost a Thing hitmaker is in a period of reflection and growth, she’s also ready to step into a new era of her family life - empty nesting.

Jennifer’s twins, who she shares with ex-husband Marc Anthony, are about to leave home for college. Appearing on Kelly Clarkson’s talk show last month, she revealed, "It's a hard and emotional time. It's a lot of mixed feelings. You want them to get out there and have a great time.

"They're waiting to start their lives. But I also feel like they're leaving home in a couple of months and won't be back. [It just feels like] the house falling on your chest."

Still, this next act of JLo’s life is one of hope. When asked about this third chapter, Jennifer asked herself, "What is my life going to be? Free!"

Like that of Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton, Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck’s love story captured imaginations for decades. Alas, it seems to have come to an end, following their divorce that was finalised at the start of 2025.

Since splitting, both JLo and Ben have seemingly appeared friends, with Ben attending Jennifer’s film premiere for Kiss of the Spider-Woman months after the divorce was done.

Neither one has shared much about the split, which makes Jennifer’s latest comments on the Smartless podcast a rare insight into a Hollywood power couple. Jennifer described the last five years of her life as a "tumult" and that she had to sit down and realise "you need to f***ing figure yourself out."

Having rekindled with Ben in 2021, Jennifer told the podcast hosts, actors Sean Hayes, Will Arnett and Jason Bateman, "The past five years has been a tumult."

She continued, "The last two years has been kind of the healing process from that tumult where I really got to know myself. The person I am today is so different than the person I was even two years ago, it's crazy.

"Now I can really look at my life, appreciate it for what it is and what I've created for myself and be really happy.”

Jennifer was frank in accepting there was blame on both sides when it’s come to tough chapters in her life. She revealed, “Not that people don’t behave in a way that’s not great, but what are you doing? What do you have going on?”

“My life blew up in my own face,” she shared, adding, “It was because of the choices I made, but also because of the fact that I had things that needed to change about myself that I didn't understand or recognise".

"There comes a point where it's all so puzzling and wrong where you have to sit there… After my last divorce, I just sat there, and I was like, I cancelled my tour… I was just like, you need to f***ing figure yourself out.”

“What is going on with you? Forget about everybody else. There’s nobody to blame here except yourself in a certain way.”

Now, a year on and facing a new chapter as her twins go off to college, Jennifer is in a much better place. She shared of her new home, “It's amazing. I built my little corner of the world dream house, I got my kids some horses, we have stables. I was like, 'Please come home, please come back home to your horses. There's horses here.’”

Her twins will be leaving later this year, but JLo is ready to be an empty nester. On a recent appearance on Jimmy Kimmel’s TV show, she shared, "I remember being that age and thinking I couldn’t wait to get out in the world and do my thing.

"All year people are asking me, ‘Oh they’re going away to college, it's going to be terrible.’ No, it’s going to be great. I want them to go out there and do what they want to do. They have dreams. They have things they want to do."

As to whether having an empty nest might mean she’s open to dating again, it doesn’t seem like she’s in any rush.

After confirming that she was still single to Jimmy, JLo declared, "I should have done it sooner! I’ve been doing it all wrong.

"I’m not doing anything to ruin how I feel right now. It’s fantastic. I love it."

Oh, and she owns a floral version too! I think it's safe to call this Jennifer Lopez's favourite dress, and I'm so surprised it costs under £300.

Divorce isn't the outlier it once was, with divorcing in midlife and beyond becoming increasingly common. It's even been given its own term; grey divorcing. But still, we were all surprised when Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck split back in the summer of 2024 after two years of marriage.

Bringing one of the biggest celebrity divorces to a close, the proceedings were finalised in January 2025 and now JLo has only one thing on her mind: her children.

While she went through her divorce, she revealed to El Pais that she'd made and stuck to one very important promise so her kids, 17-year-old twins Max and Emme, wouldn't worry about her. “I said, ‘I promise you, this is a difficult time, but you’re going to see that I’ll come out the other side stronger and better.’ I promised them that and I did it. And they feel it now. That gives me a great sense of peace in my life."

She added that she is 'proud' of herself for not only keeping that promise, but also for helping her children become 'stronger and better' since the divorce too.

She shared, “I’m happier that I’m a step further along than I was a year ago, two years ago, three years ago… I’m proud of myself for that and I’m proud that I was able to navigate my children through difficult times, that they’re stronger and better because of it."

The twins' father is Marc Anthony, to whom JLo was married from 2004 to 2014. Nevertheless, Ben Affleck certainly played a big part in their lives and this change to the family dynamic must have been just as tricky for them as it was for their mum.

At 17, they're mature enough to know exactly what is going on, and this is something Jennifer has had to realise and incorporate into the divorce proceedings, she says, with both children being part of the conversation every step of the way.

"But no matter what goes on with her divorce, she says it's her 'greatest achievement' that her two kids 'know she loves and supports them every step of the way.'

Elsewhere in the interview, JLo revealed what advice she'd give to her younger self and took the chance to speak to and support her kids with what she said.

She shared, “I guess the advice I would give myself is what I would give my kids: you have to really understand your worth and value. And don’t let things that other people say affect you. Understand who you are, believe in that. Understand your own power. I’ve learned that over the years.

"When I first started out, I was very easily influenced and affected by other people’s opinions of me. But then, you have kids and go, ‘wait a minute, who cares what they say?’ You learn through them. That would be the advice that I would give myself: other people’s misconceptions of you do not define who you are.”

JLo and Affleck almost tied the knot 20 years ago after meeting on the set of their movie Gigli in 2002. However, they broke up in 2004, with reports at the time citing the intense media attention around the romance as a major factor in the breakdown of the relationship.

Fans were delighted when they rekindled their relationship and ended up getting married in the summer of 2022. Two years on, their divorce has been finalised but Jennifer says she's now 'genuinely happy' and that where she is now, mentally, 'is a beautiful place to be.'

“I had a really tough year,” she said. “Unexpected things happened. And so, I read a lot of books. I did a lot of self-introspection. I did meditation...I wanted to kind of really solidify the family unit that is me and my two children, my twins.”

She's also been seeking advice. She revealed, “Listening to other people who have been through similar experiences or different experiences than you, I think that’s the thing I love most.

“Everybody goes through hard times in their life. And it’s what you do in those moments that really does define you. Not the relationship, not the man: what defines you is what you’re doing with the experiences that you’re faced with. I take those experiences – whether they’re good or bad – and I bind them,” she explains.

Through living these experiences, she says she's been able to really 'dig deep' into the patterns that her behaviour follows to figure out why she acts the way that she does in certain situations. It's meant that she's 'learned so much about' herself and wishes that she done it sooner.

She said, "You’re on this this kind of rollercoaster, this ride of life, this carousel, you’re going round and round… and you don’t stop and go, ‘wait, what’s happening? What’s going on here?’ Not with anybody else – with me. And, when you do that, you’re able to be more self-aware. And that self-awareness is a very empowering thing.”

But while you're looking at your behaviour, it's inevitable that you'll come across some of the 'mistakes' you've made, and making peace with them is something JLo has been working on.

“Everybody makes mistakes," she said candidly. "There’s not a human being on the planet who’s not going to make a mistake. That’s something I needed to learn. Did you think I was perfect? Did you ever think I was never gonna make a mistake in my life because I’m in the public eye? No, that’s not how it works. I’m not exempt from the human condition. I also have to go through things, right? I must make these lessons my own in order to evolve and grow.”

The actress’ creamy highlights took centre stage as she opted for a low-maintenance style that complemented her outfit, all whilst sporting a purposeful breezy, windswept effect - a truly minimal effort look that offered maximum impact.

How to recreate J.Lo’s hair look

Although this impressive style looks fairly difficult to achieve, this look is straight-forward to recreate at home.

1. First, begin by thoroughly misting a heat protectant onto your hair.
2. Next, take a large barrel curling wand and twist manageable strands underneath and around the barrel to create bouncy curls.
3. Once fully curled, spritz your locks with a texturising spray, to achieve that same wispy and volumised look as J.Lo herself.
4. Then, section and separate the two front pieces of hair to frame your face, before sweeping the rest of your lengths back, roughly in-line with your outer eye, and securing the ponytail in place with a hairband.

Jennifer Lopez looked stunning at Netflix's Atlas premier in an all-white ensemble with a striking white overcoat to finish off the look.

We recently spotted J-Lo in some coffee-coloured slingbacks and the same white coat – it's evidently a key part of her spring capsule wardrobe. 

This time, she teamed the striking coat with an all-white outfit from Italian brand GENNY FW24 collection, pairing flattering flared trousers with a sheer top featuring statement sleeves. The singer and actress finished the look with a simple white bag with gold accents and chunky gold rings and earrings. 

Atlas is a new sci-fi drama with J-Lo in the starring role. Launching on Netflix on 24th May, it tells the story of Atlas, a data journalist on a mission to protect earth from the dancers of advancing technology. Jen told Netflix's Tudum of the character, "Atlas is someone who has basically shut out the world around her. She doesn't trust anybody and doesn't want anything to do with AI."

She then continued, "I loved that this is a big sci-fi action movie, but at its core, it's a story of friendship - and a love story, in a way. I always see everything as a love story, but this is a different kind of love between two beings who connect in disastrous circumstances, and teach each other how to be more human."

Back to the look on the night. Jen wore her hair in my signature loose waves and dramatic eye makeup, finished off with a vibrant pink lip. Celebrity hairstylist Lorenzo Martin was the man responsible for her chic blowdry and he also shared some stunning shots of the singer,

J-Lo fans were quick to show their appreciation for her look, calling her a 'fashionista'. "Looking like an iconic fashionista who would stir the emotions of your fans one way and the rest the other way!" wrote one fan on Instagram. 

Another wrote, "This outfit though! MUJER!" While another wrote, "The outfit is everything." And a fourth said, "JUST WOW😍 you look so good, and expensive - literally the baddest."

Jennifer Lopez has a new spring uniform in the form of a pair of ultra baggy jeans that perfectly nail comfort and on-trend style.

JLo looked sensational in ultra-baggy pleated Gucci jeans when she stepped out in New York on April 25th, sporting the loose pair that cinch her waist and accentuate her silhouette with the wide leg-line. The super loose jeans are the ideal capsule wardrobe staple for transitional weather and JLo's pair are some of the best jeans we've seen so far this year. 

For this day of errands in the big apple, Jennifer paired the statement denim with a slouchy cream jumper with contrast edges on the sleeves and ribbed detailing on the turtleneck. 

She tucked the front of the jumper in to showcase the wide waistline of the Italian designer jeans, and those feminine pleats in the heavy duty denim. 

To finish off the chic casual look, JLo wore some oversized pearlescent sunglasses and a pair of her best white trainers, in the form of the K Swiss Classic White Platform Sneakers. Platform trainers are the ultimate go-to footwear for elevating everyday outfits, but still keeping an element of comfort for clocking up steps on days out and about. 

It’s not the only time that the A-Lister has been spotted in these statement jeans either. In fact, it’s been a firm favourite item to rewear for days in the city this spring. 

Earlier in the month, JLo styled these on-trend jeans with a skintight Intimissimi turtleneck and elevated the comfy, casual fit with some platform Ugg boots and a Hermès Birkin Bag. It’s another excellent example of how to re-wear your favourite pieces in new ways.

The singer and actor has got on board with one of the best plants to make your house smell good as she has dried lavender displayed in hanging baskets in her kitchen. This is a beautiful interior touch from J-Lo, who took to Instagram to share a special new video which gave us another great glimpse at these lavender baskets.

Filmed to promote Jennifer’s Delola cocktail brand, the star set about dressing up her drinks with edible flower ice cubes. The floral detailing on the ceiling couldn’t have been the perfect backdrop for this particular video

They conjure up an image of a classic French farmhouse and Woman&Home’s Digital Lifestyle Editor Tamara Kelly believes that J-Lo’s use of a storage rack is a clever way to bring a sense of the great outdoors in.

“J-Lo thoughtfully uses a functional pots and pans storage rack to hang woven baskets filled with dried lavender to give the kitchen a rustic touch,” she explained. “The lavender bunches are a great way to welcome the outside in, add colour, and help make the kitchen smell good.”

If you’ve ever found yourself wondering how to make a kitchen smell good it seems that dried lavender could just be the answer. Despite being known for her ultra-glamorous approach to fashion, Jennifer Lopez’s lavender baskets are much more low-key and so easy to recreate at home. 

Although you could get something similar made professionally you could also recreate a similar look very affordably. Pick up some dried lavender and arrange in raffia or wicker baskets before securing them tightly and safely to a storage rack.

“Dried flowers work for this decorative element because they are lightweight,” Tamara declared, expressing her view that “this wouldn't be wise with heavier decorations hanging above your head in a kitchen”. 

With this in mind if you love the look of the lavender hanging baskets but don’t want to risk any potential mishaps, you could simply display raffia containers with dried lavender on the work surfaces or in other rooms around your home.

Alternatively, you might consider suspending bunches of lavender upside down without the baskets, provided they were securely tied up. Having flowers of any description displayed in your home is a lovely touch and lavender in particular exudes a calming fragrance and is reportedly a good natural solution if you’re wondering how to keep ants away.

Elsewhere in Jennifer’s kitchen she’s gone for a more modern look with her fabulous marble worktops and chrome fittings. JLo looked fabulous as she attended ELLE's 2023 Women in Hollywood Celebration Presented by Ralph Lauren, Harry Winston and Viarae at Nya Studios in Lost Angeles on December 5th. In her Women in Hollywood cover story that was released just days before the event, JLo told ELLE that she believes women get sexier with age, and finally, society is catching up with this belief about women and ageing.

"People have realized that women just get sexier as they get older. They get more learned and more rich with character. All of that is very beautiful and attractive, and not just physically, but on the inside, the beauty that you gain as you get older, the wisdom you gain," she said.

The actress reflected on her career and added, "I see myself working [as long as] I want to. I don’t know what that age is. It might be 70, it might be 80, it might be 90, I don’t know. But I know that it’s there for me if I want it and I want to create it. That has always been the mindset that I’ve had: to never let anybody put me in a box because of where I was born, where I’m from, what age I am, anything like that. Those boundaries don’t exist for me."

The multi-talented singer and actress has revealed that she’s going to keep making movies spotlighting women – especially if it’s demographics usually overlooked, like older women.

An oversight which offends Jlo, who thinks that women only get “sexier” as they get older (and, judging by her recent luxe look, she’s most definitely living proof of this!)

The Hustlers actress told Elle, “As you get older and you have more experience, you become a richer human being and you have more to offer. The idea of, ‘There’s nothing really valuable about watching a woman over 30’ is so ridiculous, it’s the opposite of right. It just makes me laugh.”

Before she broke into Hollywood as a major actress, Jennifer Lopez was one of the Fly Girl dancers for the sitcom, In Living Color. And this look from 2018 proved she still knew how to rock an edgy, street-style outfit.

Turning up to the 42nd Grammy Awards, Jlo wore this now legendary Versace silk chiffon dress. The sheer fabric was printed with a tropical leaf and bamboo pattern, and cut with a very low neckline that extended well past Lopez's navel, while the waist of the dress was studded with citrine stones.

Jennifer Lopez's manicurist, Tom Bachik, just got on board with cherry mocha nails and tried the chic colour on her - proving that the cherry mocha mani is autumn's most popular nail trend.

Autumn is in full swing, which means we're breaking out all of the best nail colours for this spooky season. Recently, your manis have probably consisted of dark greens, jewel-toned purples, perhaps even some spooky Halloween nail art - but JLO just put a new, delicious colour on our radar. 

Cherry mocha nails are certainly all the rage these days - the trending hue has garnered hundreds of thousands of views on TikTok. Jennifer Lopez just got in on the trend, and the delicious shade looks so good on her. 

JLo's famed manicurist, Tom Bachik (who is the genius behind the lip gloss manicure, as well as the vanilla chrome mani that still remains extremely popular), put the red wine stained hue on her nails recently, and he posted about it to his Instagram. 

"Cherry Mocha Mani 🍒🍫 @jlo #nailsbytombachik Fall Mani Inspo," he captioned his photo of JLo's autumnal mani. 

There's nothing misleading about this fall manicure trend - the name of the colour implies exactly what it visually appears to be, a deep red that has notes of a brown mocha colour mixed in. JLo did this mani at its most basic and elegant level - her natural nails were filed into a squoval shape and kept at a short length. 

The cherry mocha mani is truly perfect for anyone, regardless of your personal style, seeing as this colour matches with virtually any of the best fall outfits you could possibly wear this season. 

One of the other great things about the cherry mocha colour trend is that you can customize it to fit your own personal preferences - for example, you can go fancy and get some chrome powder on top of the polish, or if you're feeling bold, you could get some long tips if that's your preferred style. Either way, the shade looks super classy and goes with everything. 

Don't take it from us, or JLo, or her manicurist, though - people on the internet are loving this mani too.

As hard as it may be to imagine Jennifer Lopez being anything other than the very picture of style, her latest look has some fans split.

Jlo was spotted this weekend rocking a look that was far removed from her recent stunning floral dress – stepping out looking super relaxed for the weekend in an oversized denim jumpsuit.

Of course, Jlo being Jlo, her relaxed weekend look wasn’t without its glamour credentials.

She paired the baggy overalls with a pair of tan Timberland boots, and her accessories included a gold watch, chunky hoop earrings, and matching gold aviator sunglasses.

She completed the look with a brown suede Hermès Birkin bag, and wearing her hair up in a messy bun.

The heavy denim jumpsuit might be great for the cooling weather, but some fans aren’t convinced it hit the mark.

“She looks like a plumber” one user of X (formerly Twitter) wrote – though we would question what’s wrong about looking like or being a plumber.

Another added, “It’s just so shapeless.”

They might be referring to the fact that Jlo opted to keep the jumpsuit relaxed and baggy, rather than cinching it at the waist with a belt, as is often the style.

In fact, that’s what Meghan Markle did earlier this summer when she joined Prince Harry for the Invictus Games.

The Duchess of Sussex opted for a similar vibe to Jennifer Lopez’s weekend look, choosing a comfortable and light looking short romper.

However, Meghan tied hers around her waist, giving her more of a streamlined silhouette.

We can’t begin guessing why the Maid in Manhattan star kept her denim jumpsuit more relaxed looking, but it might just be part of a new Jlo – who could be feeling more comfortable in her skin and relaxed. After all, she delighted fans with a makeup free video in August.

Or she could just be leading the charge with a new trend – as she so often does, such as with her espresso nails manicure.

While autumn normally invokes thoughts of cosy knits and muted tones, Jennifer Lopez is proving that a statement pattern - particularly florals - is still very much in, especially for occasionwear.

Indeed JLo's latest red carpet look is certainly making a case for bold magenta hues and spring-ready prints, despite the shift towards warm trench coats and clunky cowboy boots that look set to dominate the fashion trends. And if JLo says it's so, who are we to disagree?

The singer and actress stepped out for the 5th Daytime Beauty Awards in LA on Sunday, October 2,  where she presented the Outstanding Achievement in Fitness Award to her longtime trainer, Tracy Anderson, whilst wearing a white, plunging Bach Mai gown, adorned with an array of pink and orange flowers. 

The dress cinched in at her waist and hips - offering a very flattering silhouette -  before pluming out into a voluminous pleated skirt.

She accessorised the look with a coordinating magenta clutch bag and matching Femme LA heels and even went so far as to pair her lipstick with the darker hot pink hues of her dress. Alas, JLo's makeup artist, Scott Barnes quipped on Instagram that the specific shade of her lippie was 'top secret', though this ILIA Color Block lipstick (available at Sephora) looks very similar. 

As for her hair, Jennifer - who is married to actor, Ben Affleck - opted for a stylish sleek bun and also appeared to be rocking her favourite vanilla chrome manicure for the event, or at least a nude variation. 

The ensemble itself, while being red-carpet-ready is the perfect autumn outfit inspo if you, yourself, have an event planned, or perhaps a wedding and want to steer clear of neutrals. A floral dress is also a classic piece to have in your summertime capsule wardrobe as the print never really goes out of style and can easily be dressed up and down.

Last week, JLo was seen out and about while meandering around the coast of Italy, each day wearing an outfit that was more chic than the previous. While minimalism and sporting only essentials continues to reign supreme for many celebs, JLo perpetually breaks that mould, always dressing to the max no matter where she is or what she's doing (take these neon yellow snakeskin leggings, for example), and her vacation outfits were no exception to this rule. 

For example, while at a restaurant on the waterfront last week, she sported a highly-patterned floral maxi dress, as well as a massive pair of sunglasses that totally captured her glamorous essence.

Point blank, she looks super fab in these square, large sunnies with a eggshell coloured frame - and her case for glamour only gets stronger when you take a look at her absolutely stunning floral patterned maxi dress, which features a corseted detailing on the top. 

This wasn't the only time she sported huge sunnies on her trip however - the star also sported a large brown pair while in a photoshoot promoting her line of alcoholic beverages, Delola. In that same photoshoot, JLo took resortwear to a new level, sporting a super chic and flattering white bikini, as well as a large sunhat and a gold, dainty body chain that literally screamed luxury. 

JLo has posted a fair amount of pictures and videos from this Italy trip, but fans really loved her montage of photos and video that she posted with the caption "Spaghetti ravioli 🍝 🇮🇹." Queen of speaking Italian!

We're obsessed with another creative look from JLo's nail artist, Tom Bachik, who opted this time for a light pink hummingbird design. 

JLo is back again with another super chic and accessible manicure and this time, she's letting the nail designs speak for themselves. 

In the past, JLo has debuted some of the most popular nail trends of the past few years, including the vanilla chrome manicure, the lip gloss nail trend, and even the Gothic word art nail trend - but this time, her loyal manicurist Tom Bachik took a softer approach to her nails, incorporating a nature theme into his design.

Tom posted a picture of this soft and chic mani on his Instagram, sharing a mani of JLo's from the past that gained some traction amongst his fans. 

For this mani, Tom started by filing JLo's nails into a short almond shape, a far cry from her usual longer tipped nail, and then painted on a baby pink base. After solidifying the light pink base, he painted some nature-influenced designs on her nails with a crisp white color, drawing some images of dainty flowers, and even a really detailed element of a hummingbird. 

Although we've never seen a hummingbird (or any bird, for that matter) on someone's nails, honestly it's super fabulous and we might just be asking for a hummingbird design on our next mani. 

Plus, it certainly helped that JLo was wearing a ring with a truly massive sage green gem - because a mani certainly isn't complete without just a little bling on your finger. 

Not only is this manicure super versatile in terms of matching with outfits due to the neutral colours Tom combined, but it also is a great manicure for those trying to make a slow transition from summer vibes to autumn vibes as the summer months draw to a close. 

In the comments of Tom's post, fans shared their thoughts about the super chic and minimal mani, saying just how luxe it looked on the singer's nails. 

"My favorite .. I love hummingbirds," one fan commented.

Now, before you get to imagining some black nails with button designs or even a bowtie, think again - this mani is nothing short of highly sophisticated. 

With a chic update on the classic white nail design, the French mani, Tom has done a few iterations of this luxurious design - but the key point is to incorporate black and white onto the nail into specific sections. 

For JLo's tuxedo mani, for example, he started with a black base for the nail, and then painted a white French tip. The design kicker, though, is that he added a subtle streak of white in the middle, adding a sort of unique and artistic twist to what otherwise would have been a fairly basic mani. 

JLo isn't his only tuxedo mani muse, however - he also has done the chic design on other celebs. When he tried this luxurious new nail trend on singer Camilla Cabello, for example, he started off with a traditional nude and white French mani, and then added a black section on the right half of each nail for sort of a wealthy, colour-blocking sort of vibe.
