For a healthy dinner recipe that’s full of flavour and won’t leave you feeling hungry, try this delicious tuna recipe this week and you’ll be pleasantly surprised.

Tuna steak is a really meaty fish so it’s great if you’re feeling really hungry, plus it’s packed with things that are good for you. We all know that tuna is ‘brain food’, but did you know its also great for your heart? This is thanks to the fact that tuna is packed with essential omega-3 fatty acids that help to reduce the omega-3 fatty acids and cholesterol in the arteries and blood vessels.

Tuna is also packed with protein, which is what helps fill you up and provide essential minerals for growth and repair in the body.

Whipping up a delicious marinade is what really gives this dish extra flavour though, as the lovely mix of Asian flavours in the hoisin sauce, soy sauce and sesame oil bring out a delicious sweet flavour and goes really well when served up with a pile of fresh green vegetables.

So if you’re looking for something delicious to barbecue this weekend, try this tuna steak recipe and you’ll have a new favourite.
