The Duchess of Cornwall Admits She’s A Huge Fan Of The ‘Banter’ On This Daytime Show

The Duchess made the confession whilst speaking with Ruth Lanfgsford

The Duke and Duchess of Cornwall’s appearance on This Morning to mark the show’s 30th anniversary is a daytime TV moment we’re not likely to forget in a hurry.

Camilla and Charles toured the breakfast programme’s London studios on Wednesday chatting to presenters Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield and exchanging a few giggles with Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes.

The royal couple seemed relaxed as they did everything from sampling a mutton dish whipped up by chef Phil Vickery to making friends with the show’s resident dog Digby.

And while there was nothing too unexpected from the Duke and Duchess in the above on-air moments, Camilla’s surprise confession to Ruth off-air may have come as a bit of a shock.

We already know that the Duchess of Cambridge is a self-confessed Strictly fan, but the 70-year-old also admitted that she also loves tuning into Loose Women.

Revealing all to the Loose Women audience Ruth explained, “What she said about this show, she said to Andrea and Gloria ‘I love Loose Women.'”

She said, “I love the subjects and the topics’ and she said ‘I love the banter.'”

She also went on to add, “We would actually love you to come on Loose Women.”

We’re keeping our fingers crossed the Duchess will accept – wouldn’t that make for must-watch viewing?
