Discover the Hairy Dieters' cookbook recipes. They're your favourite recipes - without the guilt, including Spanish chicken bake and jambalaya
The Hairy Bikers, TV cooks Si King and Dave Myers, have made their names cooking hearty British dishes big on flavour - and calories. Now, like many of us, they've decided it's time for a change - but they're not prepared to compromise on taste. So they're on the Hairy Bikers’ Diet!
The Hairy Bikers (or rather, the Hairy Dieters) BBC show, The Hairy Dieters: How to Love Food and Lose Weight, follows Si and Dave as they reinvent their favourite recipes and discover how to lose weight, while still eating out and entertaining. Their diet book of Hairy Bikers diet recipes has done so well that they’ve since brought out two more diet books along the same theme, The Hairy Dieters: Good Eating and The Hairy Dieters: Ear for Life.
We’ve got three of their clever new recipes for you to try from original Hairy Dieters book.

Hairy Dieters' Spanish-Style Chicken Bake
A low-fat fiesta of a dish, there's no additional fat needed for this Spanish-style chicken bake recipe ? it all comes from the chorizo and the tomatoes make it lovely and juicy.
Hairy Dieters' Southern-Style Jambalaya
Jambalaya is a wonderful Louisiana rice dish - a sort of Creole paella. The Hairy Dieters' southern-style jambalaya recipe cuts down on the fat, keeping all the spicy flavour.
Hairy Dieters' Sausage Cassoulet
Cassoulet is a hearty dish but the Hairy Dieters have reduced the calorie count while keeping the big flavours in their special cassoulet recipe.
