This may also be a time when contracts can be signed and property sales and purchases agreed. As always, it is far better when you take the reins of a situation into your hands, so even though you may be reluctant to speak to an individual or an organization about a certain state of affairs, it is far, far better than ducking and diving in the hopes that a problem will go away.
