This weekend I'm planning to spend some quality time with my girlfriends. We're celebrating my friend's birthday by visiting the Wallace Collection and heading out for a girly lunch - but I won't be indulging too much...
I'll need to save my energy for a fast walk on Sunday. I'm getting ready for the Walk for 1 Million 10K Walk, our brilliant new charity event in partnership with Target Ovarian Cancer. I'm getting really serious about it... I've even bought new trainers!
