It's Time To Chill Out
I read this morning that we're heading for the third consecutive rainy Bank Holiday weekend, but I'm determined the sun will shine and that the forecasters have got it wrong!
It's been a busy few weeks in the w&h office with Christmas planning in full swing - can you believe we're talking Christmas trees and sampling mince pies? So I'm really looking forward to a chill out couple of days - and I know my team are too.
As lots of you will have seen already, I'm delighted we've teamed up with Target Ovarian Cancer this autumn for their inaugural charity Walk For One Million 10k walk at Knebworth on October 7th. It's a brilliant cause to raise awareness of the disease and you can sign up as a team with friends or as an individual. So I'm planning to continue with my walking training tomorrow and enjoy a blast of fresh air! Do think about signing up - you can read all the information here - and don't deliberate for too long - there's only a couple of weeks left to register!

With a bit of luck there might be sunny spells for a barbecue too - it'll just be the family so I'll try our food editor's easy outdoor entertaining recipes for some delicious dishes.
And after a flurry of thanks from the winners of our Fashion Edit Awards (you can see the full line-up of winners when our October issue hits the shops next Thursdsay) I have to admit I've started making my new season shopping list - well it's never too early!
