Our wonderful September issue has just hit the news stand and I'm delighted with it! Taking 'happiness' as the theme, I couldn't think of a better star to grace the cover than Caroline Quentin.
She has a fabulous smile - one of those smiles that makes you smile back - both when she's being herself and when she's playing a role. Caroline is happily married to Sam and they have two really lovely children, Emily and William. They're a great family - I know this because I spent a day with them at the studio, and it was full of laughter.
Caroline says being at home makes her happy - I think many of us feel the same, don't we? But when you drill down a little more, there are a number of little things that tend to make us feel good - like buying a new summer dress, or a gorgeous new handbag! Sunny holidays and a good glass of wine are high on my list too!
Do pick up a copy of the issue - it's full of special treats to make us all happier: From finding extra energy, to realising your dreams 'and a slice of cheesecake'!
And what about the Olympics? The games are the talk of the office this week - we're obsessed! We are all standing firm behind Team GB and I was so excited to go to the stadium and watch the swimming yesterday.
