I want to share my new beauty secret

I'm going to get a bit personal this week. Well, nothing too revealing but after reading Lynn Cardy's skin feature 'Help I've changed' in our September issue, I paid a visit to a skin clinic.

Don't hold your breath, it wasn't botox I booked in for but the removal of skin tags. I had a few and, with a holiday booked to France with our friends in a few weeks, I felt I wanted to feel a little more confident in my swimsuit.

I knew it wasn't exactly going to make my body beautiful but that I'd feel a lot better - and that's what's important, isn't it? So, I booked an appointment with Mr Manu Mehra (0845 0020676), who was so charming, reassuring and the top man. Off in seconds, a tiny needle prick each time. So, I'm now de-tagged and am so happy with the result.

Do make sure you see a registered expert if you also have a procedure done.

Have a good weekend,

Sue
