Sue's Blog/What a difference a weekend makes
God, doesn’t it do you good to have a weekend away? Having just stayed with friends near Norwich, it’s amazing how rested you can feel just taking some time out. They say a change is as good as a rest and so it rings true of our weekend away.
The guys played golf – which isn’t our thing and it’s only recently been my husband’s! While my friend and I hit the road to Southwold – a beautiful Suffolk seaside village famous for its beach huts amongst other things. Like buying fabulous fresh fish from the harbour, having delicious home-made lunch at one their very chic coffee shops. And squeezing in some retail therapy too!

Only I, said my husband, could manage to find a shop that sells my favourite designer Marlene Birger and they had just had a delivery of her new spring shoes …well it was meant to be that I bought a pair. I know you’ll all understand.
Although I have to admit it made for quite an eclectic shopping list! I blame all that fresh air - it went to my head …..ahh it’s such a healthy way to shop and have fun.
