In our opinion there’s nothing better than a quick-fix when it comes to dessert. This easy hack puts together chewy toffee waffles with deliciously smooth ice cream for the perfect balance of flavours and textures in seconds.
Ingredients
- 8 small scoops of toffee ice cream
- 16 mini caramel wafers (available from Marks & Spencer)
- you will need
- 4 serving plates
Method
Sandwich a scoop of ice cream between 2 wafers, and repeat with the remaining ice cream and wafers. Put one “sandwich” on a serving plate; stack another on top. Repeat with the others; serve immediately.
