These Medjool dates stuffed with Roquefort couldn't be easier to make and are a great choice of snack food for a winter party. Choose to do something a little different and your guests will be really impressed. The sweetness of the dates is really contrasted by the saltiness of the Roquefort and the two come together in the perfect combination. It's so easy that it might just become your new go-to party food recipe.
Method
- Cut down the centre of the dates and remove the stones. Slice the Roquefort and gently stuff into the dates.
Ingredients
- 12 Medjool dates
- 75g Roquefort
