Method
Cut grapefruit in half
Remove the pulp with a grapefruit knife
Remove the pith and cut into large cubes
Mix the cottage cheese, prawns, capers, and paprika in a bowl, and season with salt and pepper
Mix in grapefruit cubes
Scrape any remaining pith from one grapefruit half, and serve salad in grapefruit peel “bowl”

- 2 oz. (55 g) fresh, peeled prawns
- 1 tablespoon capers
- Pinch of paprika
- Salt and pepper
