For most of us, Christmas isn't Christmas without a big bird at the centre of the table - and the bigger the turkey, the larger the leftovers!
Whether it's bubble and squeak, sandwiches or the remains of the cheeseboard, leftovers are the best part of Christmas feasting for many - so transform your turkey into an array of exciting dishes with our ideas below.
Remember, leftover turkey should be refridgerated and eaten within two days to be safe, so if you need more time, pop it in the freezer. Leave the turkey to cool completely before you store it, and make sure it's wrapped properly.
Happy eating!
