This traditional Christmas-lunch accompaniment has a little twist so it's not too sweet
Ingredients
- 400g (14oz) cranberries
- 200g (7oz) Bramley apples, peeled, cored and roughly chopped
- 130ml (4½fl oz) port
- 100g (4oz) caster sugar
- 1 cinnamon stick
Preparation
Place the ingredients in a pan, bring to the boil and simmer gently for 25 minutes.
