Tomato salsa recipe

A delicious diet-friendly dip. Serve with vegetable crudites to keep it low fat


380g tomatoes, chopped
35g onion, chopped
2 large green chillies, chopped
5g fresh coriander, finely chopped
2tbsp fresh lime juice
¼tsp sea salt
Tabasco sauce, to taste

Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and blend thoroughly.
Per batch: 77cals, 1g fat, 0.5g saturated fat, 15g carbohydrate
