You can buy it ready made, but hummus is much more delicious if you make it at home.
400g cooked or canned chickpeas
75ml fresh lemon juice
2 garlic cloves
2tsp extra virgin olive oil
½tsp onion powder
60ml cold water
chopped fresh parsley
Place all the ingredients, except the parsley, in a blender with a pinch of salt and whizz until smooth. Garnish with the parsley.
