Try this low fat version of coleslaw as a side dish to your Boxing Day meal
For this lighter version of coleslaw, we chopped and shredded red and white cabbage, fennel, carrot and tart eating apples.
The sauce is made 50-50 with mayonnaise and Greek yogurt, a squeeze of lime juice, some poppy seeds and some seasoning.
It keeps for up to 24 hours in the fridge.
