Strictly Come Dancing kicked off with a bang over the weekend - but it seems all eyes were on Debbie McGee and her incredible physique.
The 58-year-old stole the show as she danced the Paso Doble with her partner Giovanni Pernice, and pulled off several outstanding high-kicks - and even the splits!
And now Debbie has revealed the secret to her toned body - gardening.
"Gardening keeps me trim, as does Pilates and yoga three to four times a week," she told The Mirror when asked how she prepared for the rigours of Strictly.
But her impressive efforts appear to have taken a toll on her as she admitted she needed extensive physiotherapy following her dance to the movie track 'Be Italian'.
"My body is feeling that it was flung around last night," she added to the paper. "I was sent to the physio who gave my back a jolly good massage."
While the viewers watching at home were left gobsmacked by Debbie, so too were the judges, who scored her an impressive high first score of 30.
Usually the harshest critic on the panel, Craig Revel-Horwood said Debbie "looked like a 20-year-old" on the stage, while Darcey Bussell said she was "on fire" and new head judge Shirley Ballas commented that she "has it all".
Her comments may not have been as pleasing had her performance turned out anything like her rehearsal, which she says was a disaster.
The former magician's assistant - whose husband, magician Paul Daniels died from a brain tumour last March - is now even favourite to win the show following Saturday night's episode.
Bookmakers William Hill have now slashed their odds on Debbie to win from 20/1 to 6/1.
