Some of your favourite Loose Women ladies were noticeably absent from the panel yesterday, and now we know why.

Panellists including Andrea McLean, Nadia Sawalha, Kaye Adams, Stacey Solomon, Saira Khan and Linda Robson are currently loving life in Ibiza.

The famous ladies are enjoying a relaxing retreat in the sunshine, which includes a stay at a luxury villa and their very own personal chef.

Of course, they have been keeping fans up to date with their antics via Instagram, and they seem to be having a laugh a minute.

But it’s not all fun and games, as the women are being put through their paces by personal trainer Tanya Pascall, and some of the workouts look pretty strenuous.

In one hilarious post, 48-year-old Saira admitted she had “peed her pants” during a work out as Nadia, 53, laughed hysterically in the background and commented, “You were very fast!”

As well as staying at the retreat, the women have also been enjoying trips to the beach, and even some shopping.

Stacey, 28, decided to buy a unicorn inflatable for the resort's swimming pool, and was filmed trying to get it into the car by co-star Kaye.

The ladies booked their trip with Elite Retreats and are staying at Can Verru, where a twin room costs £1,650 per person and a double room costs £1,400.

The luxury villa is home to two swimming pools, a BBQ and bar and also has a traditional tipi on site too.

In one Instagram photo, Saira showed off her trim physique in a bikini top and shorts.

She captioned the snap, ‘Having a blast here in #Ibizia - being transformed each day with amazing fitness by @tanyapascallfitness, therapeutic massage by @eleking_therapyroom nutritious food by @allyscottbeattie spiritual yoga by @rachelspainyoga and all in stunning surroundings by @canverruibiza - my mind, body and soul feels rested, stronger and happier for taking this time out.’

She added, ‘I know it’s a luxury to be able to afford this - but, it’s a choice and we all can, if we allow ourselves to “take time out” of our daily lives and make that choice - I’m self employed and when I don’t work, I don’t make any money- but I’ve saved hard to make this happen! So go on- do something for your mind, body and soul!’

It's unsure how long the ladies will be missing from our TV screens for, but we know where we'd rather be!
