Fans of Duchess Camilla were left in awe of a new photograph of the royal shared on the Clarence House Instagram page.

Renowned book lover Camilla, who launched her Reading Room initiative earlier this year, made a special appearance at St James' Park as part of a project with two important charities.

Working alongside Asian wildlife conservation charity, Elephant Family, and the National Literacy Trust, Camilla sat down with some local children and famous storybook star, Elmer the Patchwork Elephant, to read aloud.

A sweet image of her looking at the youngsters, sporting a navy feather print dress and a big smile, was shared on her and Charles' Instagram page.

"An elephant never forgets… the importance of reading with friends! 🐘," a caption beside the precious post read, before sharing more details of the National Literacy Trust's new summer challenge for kids.
"Follow the migrating elephant herds through Green Park to St James’s Park ...but you’ll have to complete the National Literacy Trust’s reading challenges along the way!"

Camilla's loyal supporters were quick to respond, penning plenty of kind compliments on the Duchess' put-together appearance and her hard work.

"Camilla is elegant and beautiful 😍," one wrote, while another penned, "Great picture of the Duchess! Good work!"

One more highlighted how special storytime must be for the Cambridge children with Prince Charles and Duchess Camilla as grandfather and step grandmother, "I can imagine the fun story times that George, Charlotte and Louis have with Camilla and the stories when they have stories with Charles."
