This relaxed but incredibly glamorous bar serves classic cocktails along with its new range of more experimental blends from the butterfly wheel menu. Forever Young’ sounds particularly decadent and is inspired by Oscar Wilde’s novel The Picture of Dorian Gray. Wilde dined at the Langham in 1889 and was inspired by his visit to recreate it in his story. The drink is served in a silver vessel hidden behind a mirror and scented by opium.

Renowned mixologist Tony Conigliaro has created the drinks menu for Bruno Loubet’s latest restaurant Grain Store which opened in King Cross earlier this year. As well as their amazing wine and cocktail list they’ve collaborated to develop savoury cocktails to expertly match specific dishes from the menu. The granary martini, made with mustard vodka is suggested with the corn and quinoa tamale with salsa and sticky pork belly – and is truly a taste revelation.

This former Victorian warehouse apothecary has been beautifully redesigned in to a stylish new bar and restaurant in trendy Shoreditch in London. With Angela Hartnett as one of the collaborators the food menu is superb, but the bar offering is just as tempting. This Grade A-listed building once a bank, is now an incredibly chic hotel in the city centre. The award-winning cocktail bar has an extensive drinks menu ranging from the classic to its signature mixes with a twist. The speakeasy-style bar has great character and atmosphere and is right in the centre of bustling Soho, drawing in the fashionable set.
