The Duchess of Cambridge has stepped out in Staffordshire in Ferbruary to visit a new friend.
Catherine, who is seven months pregnant, is currently taking a tour of Emma Bridgewater's pottery factory. The pair, who met last year after Catherine approached Emma to design a mug for one of her charities, have kept in touch and now the British potter is currently firing up the kilns for another fundraising project that Catherine is backing for East Anglia Children's Hospices (EACH).
Emma is creating a new mug design which will be sold nationwide. So far, the Duchess has enjoyed a demonstration of the handpainting involved and seen firsthand how the earthenware is made.
She's opted for an elegant blue Sportmax coat to keep the chill at bay with a new long-sleeved, floral print dress by British maternity label, Seraphine
