Locate the two points called The Gates of Consciousness at the back of the neck, on either side of the spine, at the base of the skull. Hold your thumbs against these points. Apply pressure for at least a minute. ”Pressing these points not only relieves migraines and headaches, it also aids sinus conditions, aches and stiffness in the neck, and eyestrain,” says Skye. “If you work at a computer a lot, massage these points periodically through the day.”
