Anybody starting this diet tomorrow?
I was thinking about it, (thats as far as I got) until I read more about it and realized that the rest of the week is also a diet of sorts.
It advises you to stick strictly to the two day diet - then to eat sensible Mediterranean type food the rest of week, including things such as brown rice, brown bread (and to stick to very small portions)
I don't know about you, but that's still a diet (in my books).
I mean, Where's the cakes, biscuits, crisps, chips etc etc?
I've kept the Food Diary close by, just in case I change my mind.
