Forum Rules

Registration as a User implies acceptance of the following terms and conditions:

We do not tolerate:

1) dual identities - you can successfully use your Woman & Home forum identity on multiple computers and there is no need to register multiple identities to use this facility.

2)abuse of forum users - debate strongly, but desist from the use of abusive and personal language.

3)taking the law into your own hands - if you see something that you don't like, or you think we would not like, please simply click on the notify moderator button on the post and we will deal with it.

4) spamming - please do not post the same message in several forums and under no circumstances post messages with advertising messages or those seeking commercial gain of any kind.

5) pornographic, racially abusive and other undesirable content.

Special note on signatures and user pictures

a) Please place one hyperlink only in signature lines.

b) commercial links are tacitly allowed in signatures only (they contravene forum rules but if you are subtle about it we will exercise a certain use of Nelson eye patch).

c) we ask for return links as a common courtesy - if you cannot link to www.womanandhome.com (or one or more of our magazine sites if you prefer) from your site then please leave the link off your signature.

d) the standards expected of the forum with regard to posting rules are the same for signatures, so please no abusive or obscene terms or links or graphics.

Use of these forums is also governed by standard website terms and conditions, the website's privacy policy and its more detailed rules concerning bulletin boards.
