Sorry ladies..this is a heartfelt post. I consider myself a good cook but as I don't really "do" parsnips and I have to do them every year out of deference to my MIL I have always 'winged' it in the past...so I thought, who better to ask than my forum friends..... What and how is the best way to cook parsnips.. This is a bit of a short term request as we have our dinner on Xmas Eve so please reply to me by about midday tomorrow..otherwise they will be the same soggy offereing they have been for the last few years...
